, looking upwards, that is, turning upwards to the forehead, the four joys of Jambudvipa arise. The rest is easy to understand. The Manjushri Root Tantra says: By equally entering the means held by wisdom, the winds of Lalana and Rasana, and Avadhuti, the heat will burn. It also says that it burns the aggregates and melts the moon. Therefore, in conjunction with the Karma Mudra, the winds of the left and right enter Dhuti, burning the heat and melting the Bodhicitta. The Vajra of the Tathagata says: At that time, the flow of the two nostrils stops. The two winds merge into Dhuti. Therefore, it is the external life force. In the Anuttara Yoga section, there is no reason not to talk about the principle of life force, nor is it said that the key to the reason for collecting the wind into Dhuti by this method is very difficult to understand, but if you understand the key, it is very helpful for understanding the meaning of many tantras. The images of how they appear depending on the Karma Mudra are mostly like this. If the Wisdom Mudra is very clear and stable, it will also appear depending on it, so there are times when the winds of the left and right enter Dhuti depending on the Wisdom Mudra. Second, when explaining the five elements of wind, fire, water, earth, and Mount Sumeru, which are said in the generation stage here, in conjunction with the completion stage, it is done on one's own body from foot to head. From that, it is clearly said: The soles of the feet are in the shape of a bow, and the mandala of wind truly exists. This direction of the navel is fire, burning in a triangle. The abdomen is called water, and the mandala is round. The heart is earth, square. Above it, in the direction of the throat, is Mount Sumeru, the king of mountains. and so on. Its top is said to be on the head. In this way, it is explained in a way that matches the meaning. This is also the meaning that comes from Mbhuṭa. Similarly, the mountain is the radiance of the head, how the order of great deeds and so on, the order of the master's time method, that is where the perfect mandala is located. The soles of the feet are said to be the wind of great deeds, etc. This is the way to combine with the mandala completion stage of the master's oral instructions, which can also be understood from this. This is also how it is indicated in the root tantra. Manifest
