Then, one might wonder, from which tantra was that spoken? From the 'Nomenclature' it is said that, in general, the deities of the three wheels are said to be of various colors. In the fourteenth chapter, it is also said in the same way, and at the end of that, it is further said: 'Or the body, speech, and mind, differentiate the colors as desired.' This means that by differentiating body, speech, and mind, one can make the colors as desired. That is to say, the deity of the body wheel is white, the deity of the speech wheel is red, and the deity of the mind wheel is blue. Previously, the deities of each wheel were just said to be of different colors, so do not do it like that, but rather make the colors face in one direction, hence the saying 'or either'. In the practice method of 'Black Conduct', although the colors of the deities of the three wheels are not clear, in the mandala ritual there it says: 'Non-white, white, and with red, the lowest, the highest, and the middle, all arranged in order, is the kindness of the guru's lineage.' In this way, the colors of the deities of the three wheels are said to be the same as before. Drilbu Zhap said that all sixty deities are one-faced and two-handed, and the hand implements are vajra and bell, etc., which is said in the 'Compendium of Practices'. There, the four dakinis and others are of various forms, and the four gatekeepers are of two forms, only saying this much, without clearly explaining their respective colors. Therefore, it is best to rely on the 'Nomenclature' for the colors, and Lui-pa is also the same. In the fourth chapter of the 'Nomenclature', the eight great powerful ones are one-faced and four-handed, with the right hand extended, and except for the first hand of the right hand holding a wheel, the other three hand implements are the same. In the fifth chapter there, the eight with sprouts and others are also, except for the first hand of the right hand holding a lotus, the rest are the same as before. In the sixth chapter there, the eight with skull fragments and others, the faces, hands, etc., those previously mentioned, are the same as they are. Although the twenty-four yoginis are said to be one-faced and two-handed, there is no curved knife in the hand implements. Therefore, the number of faces and hands of the twenty-four yoginis, and the hand implements, are the same as in the 'Compendium of Practices'. All of the first right hands of the twenty-four heroes hold a vajra, which also relies on the 'Compendium of Practices'. Then, in the 'Nomenclature', the four-faced and twelve-handed Chakrasamvara, with the distinction of body, speech, mind, samaya, and wisdom, the five families of Chakrasamvara, etc.

Much has been said about this. So, to which category does this combined mandala of the two belong? In the commentary of Jowo Chenpo, it says: The practice of the six lineages of Heruka by the Yoga Master Lui-pa is explained according to the meaning of the fundamental great mandala. Therefore, among the teachings of Lui-pa, the sixth and the fundamental great mandala among mandalas are considered excellent. The lexicon says: When explaining different lineages, it is said to the heroes that the wheel, lotus, vajra, etc., are the respective emblems of their respective lineages. But here, the chief emblem of all twenty-four heroes, the first emblem of the right hand, is said to be only the vajra. The heroes of the body have a garland of wheels on their foreheads, and the heroes of speech have a garland of lotuses on their foreheads. But here it says: All the hero yoginis, have a garland of vajras on their foreheads. Therefore, and because most of what is said in other mandalas seems to be additions and subtractions to this very mandala. The fifty-two of the bell and vajra should also be understood in the same way. Therefore, this mandala is the supreme of the Chakrasamvara mandala. The gods of the three wheels abiding in body, speech, and mind refer to abiding in the lineages of Vairochana, Amitabha, and Akshobhya. This mandala is a collection, so there must also be individual lineages, but it is different from the individual single lineages that are not collected. The lexicon says: The gods of mind, speech, and body travel in the sky, travel on the earth, and travel under the earth. And the meaning of saying in the Compendium of Practices that they roam in them is: The four gods with names such as forehead bone fragments and the four Gandharvas travel in the sky, occupying eight places such as Purnadara and Malaya. The four Yakshas and four Rakshasas with names such as sprouts travel on the earth, occupying eight places such as Kamarupa. The four Nagas and four Asuras with names such as great power travel under the earth, occupying eight places such as Pretapur.
