Pages 401 to 500 Pages 401 to 500 Although it is said that many deities such as Īśvara are pressed face down, in the ninth chapter, the four-faced, twelve-armed, right-extending one, on the body of the father deity with consort, at the time of the sixty deities arranged as sixty-two deities, and again in the eighteenth chapter, the main deity with three faces and six arms, at the time of the sixty-two deities, it is said that the head of Īśvara and the breasts of Kālasaṃketā are pressed. Although it is not clear in the commentaries of Lūipa, Mettriyavatāra and Bodhivajra also say that at the time of the main deity, the four-faced, twelve-armed, right-extending one of the sixty-two deities, the head and breasts are pressed. Therefore, the sixty-two deities of the three black years should also be done in this way. In this way, Umā is supine, and pressing the head is also often mentioned in metaphors. It is often said that the head of Bhairava is pressed, but pressing supine is not in the tantras. In this method of Lūipa and others, pressing face down is also not mentioned, therefore, as mentioned in some sādhana, pressing from the left ear that is tilted to the right. Although some methods of pressing are mentioned in some Chinese texts, they are not written down. Some Tibetans say that the Yoga Tantra itself has been abbreviated, and in the Vajraśekhara, one should press the left ear of Īśvara with the left foot and the space between the breasts of Umā with the right foot, as it is said. The great Lord considers that Īśvara has not died, but it is said in the Śekhara that he has died, therefore preventing it is not good. The upper and lower tantras are not consistent, and from the Yoga and Anuttarayoga Tantras, the pressers are different, Vajrapāṇi and Hevajra, and if it is said that the method of pressing the feet of those who are pressed, Īśvara and Umā, must be the same, then in one tantra of Hevajra, the presser is the same as Hevajra, and the pressed are the same as Bhairava and Kālasaṃketā, the method of pressing these two must be very consistent, but many inconsistencies are mentioned only from the metaphorical tantra. Moreover, in the thirty-third chapter of that tantra, it is not said that there are more than two feet, sitting in a half-lotus posture, making Kālasaṃketā face down, the meaning of pressing both Bhairava is, in the Sādhanamālā,

It is said that the lower half of the body is used to press down by overlapping. Pressing down with one foot on two, one on each, right leg extended and both legs extended, etc., are mentioned in many ways. Also, in the fifty-fourth chapter, it says, "Bhairava and Kalratri, fainting and extremely intoxicated, on the head with the feet, pressing down on the naked screaming one." Therefore, the Hevajra Tantra considers Bhairava to be alive, while the Yoga Tantra says that Maheshvara is dead, so it cannot be prevented. The dictionary says that pressing down on Bhairava and Kalratri is to suppress desire and hatred, as well as the conceptual thoughts of permanence and annihilation. The first is easy to understand. The second, the extreme of permanence, the existence of samsara, is the aspect of the continuous flow of samsaric imprints entering without interruption. The extreme of annihilation, the non-existence of nirvana, is the one-sided peace of merely cutting off karma and afflictions. Since the object is emptiness and the subject is compassion, they are of equal taste, therefore, Vajravarahi, the first two hands embrace, the right hand of the embracing hands has the nature of the five wisdoms being of equal taste, holding a five-pronged vajra, and the left hand holds a bell with the nature of the Prajnaparamita. In the ninth chapter of the dictionary, for the sole hero, it is said to be a nine-pronged vajra, but here it is made five-pronged. Destroying the delusion of beings, so it is a different hand from the previous one, that is, the two hands below, wearing the white elephant skin clothes with blood on their own backs, the elephant represents delusion, and peeling off the elephant skin represents tearing delusion. That is, the right hand holds the left hand, and the left hand holds the skin of the left foot, holding it stretched out with a hand with a threatening mudra, the two tips of the threatening mudra are level with the eyebrows, this is what Vajrapani said in the explanation of the root tantra. Because it is the skin of the lord of the assembly, existing in the image of an elephant, so the dictionary also says it is the skin of the lord of the assembly. The third right hand holds the damaru drum that urges all the Buddhas with the sound of supreme joy, the fourth hand holds the axe that cuts off the faults of the three doors, the fifth hand holds the curved knife that cuts off the conceptual thoughts that cling to the extremes of existence and non-existence of things, and the sixth hand raises the three-pronged spear that pierces the afflictions that have ripened in the three realms.
