The meaning of what was said is: In Jowo's commentary, the wisdom that knows that the four aggregates of form, feeling, perception, and consciousness are like illusions, without inherent existence, and the compassion that is inseparable are explained, as previously stated. Subsequent mindfulness is the mindfulness that is established on that object by the power of wisdom that has determined it in this way, hence it is mindfulness. Different from the order explained in other treatises, here the last two are reversed, and this also occurs in conduct and nomenclature. The four miraculous feet of aspiration, diligence, conduct, and mind are viewed as the four goddesses of the heart wheel, from Fierce Eye Mother to Great Nose Mother, respectively. Among them, miraculous power is walking in the sky and so on. Foot is its place. Aspiration is extreme reverence for listening to the Dharma and so on, diligence is to become accustomed to not abandoning that continuum, examination is to extremely discriminate the meaning of the Dharma, and mind is the most excellent action for actualizing enlightenment. In the Paramita Vehicle, the four, such as aspiration, are not made into miraculous feet, but rather into the samadhi of the four, such as aspiration. It is also said in the Saṃbhuṭa (Sanskrit Devanagari: Saṃbhuṭa, Sanskrit Romanization: Saṃbhuṭa, Chinese literal meaning: Saṃbhuṭa): There are four doors to accomplishing the samadhi that can generate miraculous powers, namely, strong aspiration, long-lasting diligence, discriminating the object, and obtaining it by relying on the seed of previously practiced samadhi in the mind. In Jowo's commentary, the bodhicitta previously explained in mindfulness, and the samadhi that is said to be established as the four, such as the extremely fierce, through the door of samadhi as an assistant, are the samadhi of the four, such as aspiration. This is the tenet that the bodhicitta itself is named the four miraculous feet through the door of assistance. Reversing the order of the last two as explained in other treatises, it is said as before in the two tantras, so it is also practiced here. Faith is believing in the Three Jewels and the law of karma, and faculty is definitely holding "this is that." The faculty of diligence is definitely holding what must be done. The faculty of mindfulness is the non-ignorance of non-bewilderment.

That is, not distinguishing the time of dullness. The power of samadhi is to control the mind, making it one-pointed. The power of wisdom is to hold firmly to the distinction between what to abandon and what to adopt. This is explained in the three commentaries. In particular, the "Illuminating Commentary" says that worldly right view and joy are faith, diligence is the mind's great delight, and whatever brings closer and accumulates the dharmas that rely on the power of faith is diligence. Furthermore, for the purpose of generating that power, there is the non-dull mindfulness, and for the meaning of that power, there is the samadhi that makes it clearly inclined, and the power of wisdom that distinguishes the meanings made one-pointed by that power. The five powers, from the Heroic Wisdom Mother to the Tree Shade, are regarded as the four heart goddesses, and the speech goddess is regarded as the Earth Guardian. The Steadfast Wisdom Mother is referred to here as the Heroic Wisdom Mother, as it also appears in conduct and nomenclature. In Jowo's (Atisha's) commentary, it is said that the previous bodhicitta itself is established as those five goddesses through the means of being controlled by the five powers. When the five, such as the power of faith, are excellent, in order not to be overcome by their opposing sides, they are transformed into the five from the power of faith to the power of wisdom, which are regarded as the five goddesses from the Great Terrifying Mother to the Very Excellent Mother, respectively. According to Jowo's (Atisha's) view, when bodhicitta itself is transformed into the powers of faith, etc., the establishment of the five goddesses through those means should be understood by the previous reasoning. Samadhi, diligence, joy, great pliancy, discrimination of dharma, mindfulness, and equanimity, when the limb of perfect enlightenment is added at the end, are respectively the one-pointedness of mind on emptiness as the cause of enlightenment, and the certain liberation from the ground of ordinary beings without the opportunity for laziness, and the constant upholding of virtuous dharmas, cutting off the habitual tendencies of grasping at self and what belongs to self, which are the opposing sides of joy, and the mind being very workable for virtue, and the certain grasping of the nature of selflessness, and the state of not forgetting, and the spontaneous accomplishment of samadhi without the need for effort, that is
