Also, in the generation stage, until you have not obtained a samadhi that is even slightly workable, practice without interruption, from settling the nāda in emptiness until meditating on manifest enlightenment, it is good to do so. After finishing that session, until the afternoon session begins, and do the same in the afternoon session as well. Then the fourth session, do the same in the night session as well, and at the end of that, at midnight, understand that all activities of speech are the nature of āli and kāli. Saying, "O come, come, great hero! The pure word is the teacher. Born, destroyed, and self-arising. Emptiness and wisdom are only this," and at the end, say the clear sound of Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ once, and turn the mind towards clear light, and also aspire to clear light in sleep, it is said. This is learning to hold the clear light of sleep, so after finishing the recitation and the torma, do the gathering stage in the heart, and after making the nāda unobservable, if you hold the mind without wavering, the power of holding the clear light of sleep will be great. At the end of all four sessions, recite the hundred-syllable mantra as much as possible. Then again, in the early morning session, rise from the clear light, and aspire to the wheel of the body mandala, saying "O come," etc., and abide by all the explanations of the first session. As for the body mandala of the Drilbupa, from the five deities: "The seed light makes the lord of wisdom visible, as well as the wheel-possessor and the stacked houses. Having made them appear, they become light and are gathered in order." it is said. From the Hūṃ syllable in the heart of the Heruka in the heart, rays of light emanate, making all supports and supported appear, and at the end, the container and contents, the charnel ground, and that, and the protective circle, the palace, and if that is like the five deities, gather into the deities, and gather the four consorts as before. If it is a single body mandala, gather into the four houses of Heruka. Then the supported body mandalas are dissolved into their own places as previously explained, or gathered gradually, and the father and mother Heruka of the heart are left. Then the main father and mother of the base are gathered into the main father and mother of the heart. Those two are also gathered into the sun seat Hūṃ of the heart. The sun and Āḥ and Ha up to the nāda are gradually gathered, the former into the latter, and the nāda also becomes unobservable.
