Purify the stains of impurity. Bestow the secret empowerment. Attain the siddhi of speech vajra. From the blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the heart, emanate blue rays of light. Enter one's own heart. The entire inside of the body is filled with blue rays of light. Purify the stains of mind. Bestow the empowerment of wisdom-jnana. Attain the siddhi of mind vajra. From all the places of the body, emanate various rays of light. Enter from all the doors of one's own body. Purify the subtle obscurations of the three doors. Bestow the fourth empowerment. Become one who has attained the siddhi of the indivisibility of the three vajras. Invite the guru in front to one's own crown, From the crown, it dissolves, making one's own body, speech, and mind inseparable from the guru's body, speech, and mind. Relying on this, there are two ways to meditate on the path, which is to meditate on the generation stage. Oṃ svabhāva śuddhaḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho 'haṃ. From within emptiness, on a variegated lotus and sun disc seat, one instantly becomes the Bhagavan Heruka, body color blue. Four faces, the main face black. The left face green. The back face red. The right face yellow. Each face has three eyes. Twelve hands, holding a garland of five-pronged vajras at the forehead. The right leg extended, stepping on Black Yamāntaka with four hands, the first two hands joined in prayer. The remaining right hand holds a damaru, and the remaining left hand holds a sword, pressing on the head. The left leg bent, stepping on Red Kālarātrī with four hands, the first two hands joined in prayer. The remaining two hands hold a skull cup and khatvanga, pressing on the breasts. Both seats have one face, three eyes, adorned with the five seals. The first two hands embrace Vajravarahi, the right hand holding a five-pronged vajra, and the left hand holding a bell. The two hands below that wear a white elephant skin garment with grease. The right hand stretches the skin of the left hand and the left foot behind one's own back with a threatening mudra, Holding it, the two tips of the threatening mudra are located at the eyebrows.
