From... onwards, visualize the Brahma aperture as being as white and bright as an opened white hole. Recite the five fierce A Hums, and the Hum resounds loudly from the Brahma aperture, dissolving into the mind of the Guru and Yidam, inseparable, focus and abide in a state of non-discrimination. The venerable Lamas say this. This seems to be a condensed transference based on the Four Seats. For this, there must be reliable tantras and commentaries as sources. Regarding the location of the two letters mentioned, and the place where the two letters are placed, the posture of looking up and down with the head, and the recitation of the breath in the two stages of pushing up and pressing down, and the special methods of practice, if one can further understand and practice them, one can realize them very well. In general, even the pith instructions for transference to the state of happy migrations have great characteristics. However, the view of the tantras is to transfer consciousness to the supreme support of the vidyadhara who practices mantra. For this, it is necessary to have the power of uncommon samadhi, which can prevent the transference of consciousness from the other eight gates, and it is necessary to be able to transfer from the golden gate. For this, if one can bind the wind that is the mount of consciousness, preventing it from going out through the other eight gates, then the consciousness riding on the wind can also be bound in those gates. For this, it is necessary to know the key point of writing letters on those gates and meditating, and to bind them. It is also necessary to be able to bind the wind coming out of the sense gates through vase breathing, which is a crucial point. It seems difficult to clearly grasp these key points even from the documents. Therefore, the red color of the A in the navel is what the previous masters did in Sambhuta. The text says, "The seed itself is red." ManNye explains that the word "itself" has a definite meaning, so the A should be red. But changing the A to a red Hum, and abandoning the method of writing letters on the nine gates clearly explained in the Four Seats and other tantras, it seems that they think that blocking with just one rolled Hum is more profound, which is a statement that does not understand the meaning of the tantras. Second, regarding the entry of consciousness into the body of another, the sense organs such as the eyes are called "villages," and the support of the sense organs is called "cities," which comes from the Prajnaparamita Sutra. The word "city" is also used to refer to the body of another person who has died but has not decayed.

Therefore, entering that consciousness is called entering a body (grong 'jug). This key instruction is also a special characteristic of Highest Yoga, and is taught in many Mother Tantras, and also sparsely in Father Tantras. So, what kind of basis does this entering a body rely on? For what kind of necessity is it done? And in what way is it done? In this regard, the individual who is the basis must have received empowerments well for transference of consciousness and entering a body, etc., must protect vows and commitments properly, and must have practiced the generation stage; these are the same. The tantras say that for special transference of consciousness, for one's own consciousness to enter another's body, and for taking another's consciousness out of a body and entering one's own body, all three require arranging letters in the nine apertures, being able to block the breath, and the vase breath practitioner must also practice those apertures, being able to insert the life force into the central channel, and relying on inner heat, being able to stimulate the red element of the short A at the navel chakra, and the Hūṃ syllable of the mind consciousness mounted on the subtle life force at the heart chakra. This appears in the Vajraḍākinī, Cakrasaṃvara, and the commentaries on these two, written by Bhāvabhadra, as well as in the root and commentary of the Maṇḍāgama-snye-ma, the Ear-Whispered Teachings. For the ability to enter one's own or another's consciousness, I think one needs to be even more proficient in breath than previously mentioned. Details can be learned from other explanations. The necessity of performing entering a body is that because a person of low caste cannot accomplish great benefit for others, one needs to take the body of a high caste; or seeing that a sick person cannot accomplish the benefit of oneself and others, one needs to take a healthy body; or because of old age, one takes a young body, etc., for these purposes one performs entering a body. Regarding how to do it, the lamas here divide it into three, the first being practice: a person who has gained mastery over breath and mind, sees that one can accomplish benefit for others in this life, and has immeasurable compassion for sentient beings, should practice the key instruction of entering a body. In a very secluded place, with attendants, abandoning the distractions of activities, arranging the deity and the basis, setting out offerings, strictly sealing the boundaries, and then in front of oneself, making a maṇḍala platform painted with black paint, and in the center of it placing a skull.
