Clearly write the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) on a rock. Visualize yourself as the Yidam deity and perform the seven-branch offering. Meditate on the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) clearly within your heart. When the breath flows from the right nostril, visualize that the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) in your heart goes out with the exhaled breath from the right nostril and dissolves into the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) on the crown of your head. Do not inhale; hold the breath out. If you cannot, inhale slowly. When exhaling again, do as before. By meditating in this way repeatedly, signs of accomplishment will appear, such as the crown of your head moving, twitching, or throbbing. Then, for the purpose of animating, find a fresh corpse that is not decayed, without wounds or sores, and not dead from epidemics or smallpox. Alternatively, find a clean and undecayed corpse of livestock or similar. Bathe it with clean water, adorn it with pleasing ornaments, and place it in front of the mandala in a cross-legged posture or with its body well-arranged. Then, visualize the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) as the support of mind in the heart of both yourself and the corpse. Visualize that the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) in your heart goes out with the exhaled breath from your right nostril, enters the corpse's left nostril, and dissolves into the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) in its heart. By doing this repeatedly, if the corpse shows signs of breath or odor, it indicates success, and it is brought under control. Then, to apply it to activities, first dissolve the boundary. Find a fresh corpse with distinguishing marks. Place it facing you on the mandala as before. Adorn it with ornaments, etc. Visualize yourself as the Yidam deity, abandon attachment to the ordinary body, and understand all phenomena of existence as illusory. Abandon the habitual tendencies of ordinary mistaken thoughts, and offer tormas to the lama and Dharma protectors. Pray to avert obstacles. Then, visualize both yourself and the corpse as deities, and clearly visualize the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) in the heart of each. Then, face the corpse towards yourself. Visualize that the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) in your heart goes out with the exhaled breath from your right nostril and enters the corpse's left nostril. Focus the breath and mind intensely on the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and do not inhale; exhale forcefully. After doing this, if the corpse shows signs of breath, etc., have a pleasing friend give it suitable food, and then hide it for about half a month.

Before it is stabilized, the old body should be hidden elsewhere. After that, in order to repay the kindness of the old body, cremation and making tsatsas, etc., are performed, and then the new body is used to do great deeds for the benefit of sentient beings. The lamas explain it this way. According to the reliable tantras and commentaries, the method of entering the womb without needing to do so is explained. Taking consciousness out of one's own body and entering another's body, regarding this, as it is said in Phowa (འཕོ་བ།), there is no classification of killing gods and killing humans, and this is not dying when the time is ripe, nor is the fault of suicide at the wrong time mentioned, so this is not the bardo of death. For that reason, entering another's body does not have any of the ways of taking birth of the four types of birth, such as womb-born, so it is not the bardo of birth either. Therefore, the time from when consciousness leaves here until it enters another's body is not the bardo either. Therefore, the memory of the Dharma that relies on the previous body, etc., does not disappear because of the reason for abandoning the former. In order to understand such classifications well, it seems necessary to understand well the illusory body instructions of glorious Guhyasamaja. Although two ways of consciousness entering oneself and others are taught, the second way seems not to have been explained by the lamas, so it is not written here. Second, the means of enhancing the path, practice is needed to achieve excellence in this life. For this, there are also two types of practice: the practice of the generation stage and the practice of the completion stage, and each of these is done with three types of practice: with elaboration, without elaboration, and with extreme non-elaboration, as stated in the Lamp Illuminating. Among them, the meaning of the so-called practice is that by fully understanding the nature and enjoying the common sensual pleasures, especially the sensual pleasures of the vidya, the realization of that suchness goes to the extreme. Therefore, the practice of extreme non-elaboration is enjoying the sensual pleasures of the vidya of the wisdom mudra, and the other two practices are enjoying the sensual pleasures of the karma mudra. Those are also divided into the elaboration of activities such as singing and dancing being very extensive, and reducing it to become medium,
