In particular, on both the tenth days of the waning and waxing moons, one should quickly and diligently perform the bali offering. The term 'night below' also signifies a festival, and it is said that giving should be done at midnight. The tenth days of both the waxing and waning moons of the middle winter month are highly praised. The Kunjod states: 'The tenth day of the middle winter month and others should be venerated with respect.' The guests for the bali are merely symbolic of Vajra Goddess. As stated in the Kunjod and Domjung, they include the deities of the mandala and the guardians of the directions residing in the eight charnel grounds, and so forth. The substances for the bali are offered with intoxicating alcohol and meat, and so forth. The purification of the bali and so on is clearly explained in the Domjung among the explanatory tantras. Furthermore, the explanation of the intention arising from that by the one with the robes of Lwa, and so forth, should be understood from the commentary and sadhana method of Lui-pa. The benefit of offering the bali is that when the practitioner, who is respectful, satisfies those two guests with the bali, Heruka is exceedingly pleased with the practitioner, and being pleased, he grants supreme accomplishment with a satisfied mind, so that excellence, that is, Shri, abides in the hands of those practitioners. Because he grants excellence, therefore one should worship with the bali. It is said. The Kunjod states: 'The worshiper who is endowed with respect, Shri Heruka becomes exceedingly pleased with him, and being pleased, he grants supreme accomplishment, because excellence abides in his hand.' How should one perform the yoga of one's own deity at the time of the bali? If one gives the bali by uniting oneself inseparably with the nature of Shri Heruka, the mothers will be pleased. The Domjung also states: 'First, the form of the deity is endowed with the yoga of bliss with two hands, it is well protected by the two protectors, the sound of the Hum(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllable is proclaimed, the elements of the body are adorned with the twenty-four places, and with momentary yoga, the mantra is recited in an instant.' The commentary states that the yoga of the deity with two hands of bliss goes first, then the momentary mantra is recited.

Now, regarding the pure aggregates, elements, and sense bases, as well as the two armors, and the twenty-four places of the body, especially regarding the twenty-four heroes and heroines, etc., with all completeness, one should have special faith, and in front, offer a mandala with good incense, etc. It is said that after offering the wheel of deities there, one should cast the torma, this ritual is easy. Thirdly, in the condensed tantra of the Manifestation of Glorious Heruka, the twenty-seventh chapter is the chapter on conduct, asceticism, offerings, and the torma ritual. In the extensive explanation of the condensed tantra of the Supreme Bliss, Spoken as the Wheel of Samvara, The Illumination of All Hidden Meanings, is the explanation of the twenty-seventh chapter. Secondly, the inner fire offering ritual with one lineage has five aspects: whether the act of inner fire offering is appropriate or not, the conduct of the left path and the ritual of one lineage, the explanation of other fire offering rituals, the benefits of the ritual of one lineage, and the explanation of the chapter title. The first part has two aspects: the ritual of inner fire offering, and the explanation of the distinction of whether the act is appropriate or not. First, regarding the word "any," in the commentaries it says "from then on," therefore, in the twenty-seventh chapter, after explaining conduct and asceticism, etc., it then explains the inner fire offering, etc. Abiding together with the messenger previously mentioned and offering well is for the purpose of accomplishing the meaning of the unsurpassed offering, it is a completely pure object, namely self-nature. Nirvana is the state of supreme bliss and co-emergence. Arising from that, that is, after that, one should offer to the heroes and yoginis, one should connect it in this way. Thus, by offering the self through outer and inner offerings, by offering the self in that way, one becomes a Buddha, by offering to the Buddha and all the Bodhisattvas, etc., as well as all the heroes and yoginis, and all the stable vessels and moving people, etc., it will all become an offering, because one offers by having faith in Heruka, the nature of great bliss. It is as easy as if there were no translation by the great translator, etc. A dharma brother who listens together, and the word hero has the meaning of suffering, the mind is pure and becomes one yoga, and also through the word "also," one should offer to the yoginis, if one does not offer to them, then that yogi will not obtain accomplishment.
