Regarding cleanliness, it should be understood that there are three types of cleanliness. These three types exist as stated by the Heruka deity himself. Not looking at the faces of Brahmins and other high castes or low castes, abandoning those actions that maintain appearances, as well as repeatedly tying up the hair knots, and also abandoning headdresses, ashes, dreadlocks, and other worldly behaviors. Among the three cleansings, the first is to rely on the consort, because she is the source of the precious joy of all victors. The second is tranquility or the moon, which is considered to be the five meats and alcohol, but one should not indulge in drunkenness. Eating food in the same vessel with the mudra (consort) is said to be the third cleanliness. Yogis should always cultivate these three cleansings. In this way, in order to increase the elements of the body, eating tranquil drinks and delicious foods, relying on the consort, increasing the bliss-emptiness samadhi, gradually obtaining the stages of purity, then, from these three cleansings, how could the siddhi of the Mahamudra not arise? It will definitely arise. The compilation of the Yoga Tantra, as well as the Illusory Bliss Supreme, the Secret Treasury Tantra, the Yoga Tantra Glorious Supreme First, the Vajra Bhairava Tantra, and recitation and asceticism, etc., through fire offerings and illusory wheels, etc., to accomplish the siddhis, in these three acts of cleanliness, merely relying on the meditation of relying on the consort, the mantra practitioner can quickly achieve it, which shows the greatness of relying on the consort. What has been said above is the clean conduct of yogis who delight in the path of the consort, thus concluding. Secondly, whatever merit arises from doing the three cleansings, the vast qualities of the practitioner are not worthy of being spoken of. Why can't it be spoken of? How can some people speak of it? Even if one were to become a thousand faces, one could not speak of it with the mouth of one face. In the translation of the great translator, the vast qualities of the practitioner

It is said that one mouth cannot express what a thousand mouths cannot. Why does the practitioner have such benefits? Because glorious Heruka himself is great wisdom, and the qualities of being completely purified from afflictions, such as the ten powers, are all complete, and the yogi also becomes like that, so the benefits are great. The bliss water that arises from the practitioner's union with the female messenger, that is, the non-duality of bliss and emptiness, is made non-dual by the practitioner who unites in non-duality. Touching, that is, relying on and touching the bodies of others, and even speaking, purifies and destroys sins. Therefore, one is liberated from all sins, let alone the yogi. Thus, one is completely liberated from all sins, and the body, that is, the continuum, is purified. From the most excellent of faultless people, one who always practices pure conduct in all places, that sin, that is, all obscurations, are completely purified, and one will attain the state of the Tathagata Vajradhara. Even if one does not attain that supreme state in this life, one will be born into the lineage of the Tathagata who is completely purified of all sins, that is, reborn, and will be reborn as a king who possesses the Dharma of mantra practice. Here, in the commentary of Lawapa, it says: "Having food and drink, etc., one makes offerings to all the Buddhas, etc." These two lines appear, but they are not found elsewhere. Secondly, as previously explained, after constantly making pure offerings, one should think of who is respectful, and give torma to the guests who have passed beyond the world and those who have not. For what purpose? For whatever activity the practitioner himself wishes to manifest, the yogi should give torma as it is said in the tantras. That is, it is said in the Vinayasamuccaya: "Mandala, fire offering, recitation, and consecration, pacifying and increasing, and subjugation, expulsion, and killing, and making bhutas, yakshas, and vidyas, and the times of practicing in places, are supreme for all activities. Without the intoxicating torma, activities will not be quickly accomplished. Therefore, the Buddhas of the past have all spoken of the great praise of torma." This is clearly stated. The time for torma is generally constant.
