From page 701 to 800. From page 701 to 800. One should not exceed diligence. So said Lawapa and Lhas. One should generate bliss together with those who hold vows, as a means for Mahamudra. The meaning of liberation, Lhas said, is to keep my body abiding, and to practice the five amṛtas for the purpose of that body. One should recite "for that purpose." In the three commentaries, it says that one should do four sessions for my purpose, which is easy. The vows of protection and eating should be practiced. Regarding "delusion," it says, "By this, he will be liberated from saṃsāra as he pleases." Its meaning is: Any yogi who must revolve in this way day and night will be liberated from the actions of delusion, and will be liberated as he pleases. At night, one should always, that is, continuously, be naked, with hair disheveled, visualizing oneself as the black-bodied Heruka, and the red-bodied Vajravarahi, and offer to the mudrā consort. The second is, to adorn the neck with necklaces, bracelets, armlets, earrings, a Brahmin thread, and a garland of wet skulls, a double-layered belt made of the hair of murderers, and anklets that make a jingling sound, to erect the hair on the head into a crest, to tie a hero's pennant, To adorn with artificial hair and real hair, etc., and a skull cup marked with a vajra, along with a khaṭvāṅga, to beat a ḍamaru, and to utter the sound of "Hūṃ" in the mouth, these are the attire of the deity used by the practitioner. These show the practice with adornments, which are the instructions of Nāropa. To show that it can also be used as the attire of deities other than Heruka, the yogi who has entered the attire of the twenty-four heroes, and the yoginis who have entered the attire of the twenty-four heroines, should be adorned with the armor of the heroes and heroines, and the three great armors, that is, protected. Through those, one should also know the yoginis who have entered the attire of the twelve mothers and the chief mother, which will also be explained in the chapters such as "abiding well with a peaceful gathering." Regarding black and red,

In this section between the end and "animal limbs," from "necklace" to "adorned," there seem to be many things missing in the translations of other commentaries. However, this appears in the translation of Mar do rkyang pa, which also agrees with the commentary of Lwa ba pa, and it also appears in the translation of Bha ba's commentary. The intention of the commentary of dKa' rgyal also seems to be there. The appearances of "armor three" and "armor two" are different. Bha ba says that armor three refers to meditating on the deities of the three wheels. The two lines "hero and heroine" are quoted elsewhere as "the armor of all heroes and yoginis," so it means adorned with the armor of heroes and the armor of heroines. The limbs of living beings, that is, the tiger skin and oxhide produced from the body, are worn as lower garments and upper garments, desiring innate bliss and pursuing its meaning, so that bliss should be moved, that is, generated. As it is said in the Compendium of Practices, "By pursuing the meaning of bliss, bliss is generated." The sacred thread worn for the sake of purification, which is described in the Vedic scriptures, is completely abandoned. The yoga of being in the state of Shri Heruka is great purity. Then, should the mudras such as necklaces be abandoned at that time? Being perfectly endowed with the five mudras such as necklaces means that one always remains in a state of perfect practice. That is how it is explained. Although worn for the sake of offering, the Brahmanical thread that appears as it does elsewhere is abandoned, but it is not completely abandoned. From the practitioner to the ashes, there is nothing in any commentary, and since everything except the ashes has already been said, it is not necessary. The practice of conduct should always be clear at night, and during the day it should be kept secret. That is, the innate wisdom generated by the activity of meditative absorption should be shown very secretly, and the conduct should be very peaceful, overcoming fatigue, and practiced without discouragement. These four lines, "night" and so on, do not appear in other commentaries, but, as they appear in all four translations, they also appear in Bha ba's commentary. The third part has two sections: the offering of cleanliness and the benefits of doing so. The first is: through the yoga of Heruka
