Third (chapter). The extensive commentary on the condensed Tantra of Chakrasamvara, called "Illuminating All Hidden Meanings," is the commentary on the thirteenth chapter. Fifth, there are six aspects to teaching other activities through essence: vowing to explain, the actual combination of activities, the benefits of accomplishment, the manner of accomplishment, its mantra, and the chapter title. The first is, teaching the activity of armor. After that, the method for the practitioner who embodies the form of a donkey's face to quickly achieve siddhis will be explained, thus connecting it. If asked, for what purpose is it necessary to practice this? The answer is: Difficult-to-Conquer Moon asked, "If Heruka is extremely beautiful, why transform into the unpleasant face of a donkey?" The answer is: "Because the mind has gone everywhere and is difficult to restrain, the previously mentioned activities will not be accomplished. Therefore, to restrain the power of the mind, the practice of visualizing the form of a donkey is taught." This explanation is in accordance with the tradition of both Locāvas, who explain that this yoga is taught in order to quickly accomplish all the previously mentioned activities. Bhāvabhadra also explains it as restraining the power of the mind. In the three commentaries, it is stated that it is because of the need to restrain the power of the mind, and it is explained as restraining the power of the mind. This is also as it is explained in the connection of the two commentaries, that it is restrained by the power of the yoga of the donkey. From what is it restrained, and how does one act after restraining it? Lāvapā says: "Having restrained from evil views and all obscurations, the body is transformed into a pure body to be enjoyed like a dream, free from movement and indestructible." Thus it is said. Regarding evil views, etc., in Lhāpa's commentary, it says, "Through this ritual, all the obscurations of perversion are transformed. By this, it becomes a pure body," and, "Like a dream body, it is unobstructed and indestructible." Thus it appears to be true. The obscurations of perversion are obstacles to transforming into the illusory body of a pure body. Abandoning that is transformation. The analogy for transforming into a pure body by abandoning that obstacle is: "It appears as a dream body of mere wind and mind, separate from the gross body. The illusory body of mere wind and mind, separate from the gross body, is accomplished." Transformation is what was previously said.

The coarse body, which only has the form of limbs, is transformed into an illusory body. That body, like a body conjured by magic, is unimpeded by anything, and cannot be destroyed by anything, it is a vajra body. This is not a specific necessity for meditating on the donkey-faced one, but a general necessity for practicing the generation stage of Heruka. Among them, the first step is merely the stage of maturing the continuum with the characteristics of the illusory body. The unique cause in the completion stage is, as Lāva said, "At the end of the explanation of this mandala, all the mandala practitioners are embraced by great compassion, arising from the absence of self in phenomena." Therefore, the absence of self in phenomena is great compassion, indicating that it arises from the clear light wisdom embraced by great bliss. The illusory body arises only from the clear light wind-mind. Although there is a similar aspect in the generation stage, it mainly arises in the completion stage. The commentary of Lhasbas says, "It is the nature of the absence of self in phenomena." The reason for this is that there is a common term in Sanskrit for both nature and arising, which is a translation error due to not distinguishing them. The illusory body, which transforms form like a dream body, arises from clear light, this statement by Lāva and Lhasbas is also very important for Chakrasamvara. The second part has two points: explaining according to the literal meaning and explaining through metaphor. The first point is: Here, in the title of the chapter, it says that Heruka appears in the form of a donkey, therefore, "Donkey Yoga Self" is the main thing. Just as the main one is the donkey-faced one, the four, the Dakini, Lama, Khandarohi, and the Embodied Mother, are also in the form of a donkey face, bleeding from the mouth. The donkey face is like what Kagyal said, it is only the donkey of the face, it should be done like that, not the whole head. In the translation of Lotsen and Mal it says, "The Yogini is the form of Lama." In the two commentaries it says, "The Yogini is explained as a sow, the six donkey-faced deities." They also quote, "The Yogini is the form of desire." The Yogini is explained as the Yogini residing in the three wheels, and the form of desire is explained as having a donkey face, some because of the power of desire.
