Its definitional meaning and, the main enjoyment depends on mudras, etc., these two. This spoken by the Sugata, after well understanding, meat and other foods and, the taste of food and drink of wine and other beverages, etc., by relying on form, sound, smell, and touch, making supreme offerings to oneself is what accomplishes all siddhis. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanized, Chinese literal meaning) is the remainder, although there is also a final suffix of ya, but it is not suitable here, as explained as beautiful, it indicates that the desirable qualities are also extremely pleasing. Also, when great bliss and emptiness are combined, bliss must increase, and that also depends on the growth of the basis of bliss, such as kumuda, and that growth depends on enjoying special desirable qualities, therefore both the root and the basis must grow, as stated in the "Two Examinations Tantra": "Therefore, for the sake of camphor, meat is the food to be eaten, especially wine." As it is said. The fourth is, in the "Abridged Tantra of the Manifestation of Glorious Heruka": "The ninth chapter, the ritual of the activities of the root mantra." The extensive explanation of the "Root Tantra of the Spoken Chakrasamvara," the explanation of the ninth chapter from the "Manifestation of Hidden Meanings." Second, there are two ways to accomplish activities with the essence mantra: the tenth chapter and the eleventh chapter. The first has three parts: accomplishing the three bodies, the activities of the essence, and stating the name of the chapter. The first has two parts: vowing to explain, and explaining how the practitioner accomplishes the three bodies. The first is, after the ninth chapter, the union of oneself and glorious Heruka without duality, the practitioner who knows only that, the accomplishment of the three bodies without doubt, is what should be explained. In the translation of Mal, it says: "Then Heruka is without duality, whoever knows the union only, the one without doubt of accomplishment, the three bodies are to be spoken." It is good that it appears like this. The second has two parts: the general meaning and the meaning of the branches. The first is, by what means of uniting oneself and Heruka without duality, what is the means by which the accomplishment of the three bodies is explained? Answer: To this, Lavapa said, the fourth and fifth and sixth chapters of the Abhisamaya, the thirty deities of the Chakrasamvara mandala of body, speech, and mind, which have been explained before.

It is explained that one cultivates the Nirmanakaya (Emanation Body), the Sambhogakaya (Enjoyment Body) of speech, and the Dharmakaya (Truth Body) of mind in sequence, uniting oneself with the Heruka of body, speech, and mind, without duality. This is the practice of the three Kayas of body, speech, and mind through the gates of individual mandalas. Regarding the method of meditating on the three Kayas within a single mandala: Kongkanapa believes that the state of the three wheels arising from the single Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) is the Nirmanakaya. During the stage of recitation, all three wheels are gathered into one's own body, and empowerment is bestowed through rituals, which is the Sambhogakaya. Following that, the stage of expanding and contracting the Ali Kali (藏文:ཨཱ་ལི་ཀཱ་ལི་,梵文天城体:अलि कलि,梵文罗马拟音:ali kali,汉语字面意思:阿利嘎利) is considered the Dharmakaya. Langka and Pawa also hold the same view. The completion of the three wheels from the single Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) is like Luipa's complete generation of the mandala. Pawa says "the three wheels and so on," so it is not just the three wheels. Both Langka and Pawa state that on the moon of the lotus in the heart, there is the expansion and contraction of Ali (藏文:ཨཱ་ལི་,梵文天城体:अलि,梵文罗马拟音:ali,汉语字面意思:阿利) and Kali (藏文:ཀཱ་ལི,梵文天城体:कलि,梵文罗马拟音:kali,汉语字面意思:嘎利). Therefore, unlike Luipa who does it in the navel, it is the tradition of doing it in the heart. According to their tradition, meditating in accordance with the two Rupakayas (Form Bodies) is the first stage, and meditating in accordance with the Dharmakaya is done in the practice of the Great Yoga of the Completion Stage, which they say is a secret instruction. The glorious Darikapada said that meditating on the deities of the outer mandala, meditating on the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment, and meditating on the body mandala are taught as methods for accomplishing the Nirmanakaya, Dharmakaya, and Sambhogakaya in sequence. The first is taught for the sake of taming common disciples and is the aspect of an extremely coarse body, so it is the Nirmanakaya. The second is the aspect of entering the meaning of Suchness (Tathata) through the wisdom of great bliss, so it is the Dharmakaya. The third is taught for the sake of taming the supreme disciples and is the aspect of holding the Rupakaya through the channels and essences, so through blessing the channels and essences, one fully enjoys bliss, and therefore it is established as the Sambhogakaya, which is excellent. The Kunchok also says: "The Dharma and enjoyment are emanations, Meditating purely on the three bodies, The thirty-seven factors of enlightenment, Will definitely arise therein."
