He also personally received teachings from Kana Kashri and Phamthingpa. The Nepalese Great Compassionate One also received teachings from Kana Kashri. Among the many lineages that were transmitted to Tibet from these individuals, the ones that greatly benefited Tibet were Mal Gyo Lotsawa Lodro Drak and the translator known as Marpa Dopa, whose name was Ngowo Chokyi Wangchuk, and whose secret name was Manjushri Vajra. Mal Gyo received teachings from the three brothers of Phamthingpa, Khache Jangchub Sangpo, Sumati Kirti, and the Nepalese Great Compassionate One. Mar Dor received teachings from Phamthingpa and Sumati Kirti. Jetsun Sakya Pandita received Hevajra from Purang Lochung, Ra Lotsawa, and Mal Lotsawa, but he considered the Mal lineage to be authoritative. Mal and Sachen did not create texts on the root tantra. Mal's oral discussions and Sachen's explanations were thoroughly established in a detailed commentary on the root tantra called "The Pearl Rosary" by a student named Punya Vajra. Mar Dor composed a commentary on the root tantra. His students, Gewa Hevajra Dorje, Gya Namkha Wangchuk, and Chokro Chokyi Gyaltsen, greatly propagated Hevajra. Lama Phagpa Wo, who possessed the empowerments, instructions, and explanations of the Jowo lineage and the Lochung and Sakya lineages, gave them to Buton Thamtse Chenpo. Furthermore, that lama also inquired about the explanations and transmissions of the Mar Dor lineage from Yangtsewa, so he possessed the explanation tradition of Naropa, which was transmitted through two learned translators. I heard the explanation transmission of the great commentary on the root tantra composed by Buton, from his student Lama Dechenpa Chenpo. Thirdly, there are four points: the meaning of the title, the salutation of the translation, the meaning of the text, and the meaning of the conclusion. The first point has two parts: the translation of the title and the explanation of the title. The first part is: In India, there are four languages, and in Sanskrit, the name of this tantra is from Shri to Nama. When translated into Tibetan, Shri means glorious, and Heruka means blood-drinker. Some say that because "Ruti Ra" in the word "Ru" refers to blood, it is not a good translation to translate it as blood-drinker based solely on the literal meaning of that letter. However, those who uphold the Mar Dor lineage believe that it is an etymology of adding letters to three letters.

The explanation given has become blood-drinking, which is well said. That is, Hela (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) the playful one, Rudhira (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) blood and Kapala (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) skull, in short, it becomes playing with skull blood, therefore it is translated as blood-drinking. Raja (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is king, Chakra (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is wheel, Samvara (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is vow, Bhidhana (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is saying, Yogini (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is yogini, Rudratara (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is unsurpassed, Sarva Tantra (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is all tantras, by combining the 'U' of 'Tra' which has become 'Ra' of the word 'Tro', therefore Uttara (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is the supreme, Samvara (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is supreme bliss, Samgraha (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is collection, Nama (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is called. Although there are many different names, this is according to the single translation of Mardo. Secondly, in the conduct, it is said that Shri is non-dual wisdom. The non-dual wisdom that is said, because it is desired and relied upon, is glorious. Heruka (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) has already been explained, and other explanations of it will be explained. The king is the chief of those who play with skull blood. The vow is the supreme gathering. The cause of the vow is the secret action of body, speech and mind of all Buddhas. That itself is also the wheel of body, speech and mind. The way of the vow is to gather all the causes of the vow indivisibly into one, that is, to gather bliss and emptiness into one, and to gather the three of body, speech and mind into the nature of one co-emergent Heruka. In the arising of the vow it is said, from the truth of body, speech and mind, all aspects are gathered into one, the vow is supreme bliss enlightenment, it cannot be spoken or shown, the gathering is the supreme of vows. Thus it is said. Saying is what is known as the wheel vow. The yogini is unsurpassed, therefore this is shown in the mother tantra. The supreme of all those tantras is the upper one, that is, the supreme. The tantra says in the latter gathering, the tantra is known as continuity. That continuity changes into three aspects, the basis and likewise the nature, well distinguished by non-seizure, the nature is the cause, likewise non-seizure is the result, the basis is the means of wisdom, the three summarize the meaning of the tantra. The meaning of the word tantra is continuous, and the nature of that is the nature of a person like a precious practitioner, the cause is the continuum, and the basis is the order.
