Also, Matsanaka, and the essence of honey, which is beeswax, and Keshe, and the leaves of the house's Tamala, which are said to be Basha leaves. Some explain it as the smoke hanging from the top of the house. Some perform fire offerings, and after making these substances equal, they recite the mantra with the name of the one to be controlled, and if they smear it on one side of the house, it will bind the mouth of the one to be controlled. On the leaves of Pasha, with the ashes of burnt corpses, write the image of the one to be controlled inside the letter 'ga', put it inside a fish shell, fill it with chaff and rice husks, seal it with the bones of the fish shell, seal it with beeswax, and place it in a cool place without letting it ventilate, it will bind the mouth of the one to be controlled, so says Lawapa. This is the end of the action practice in this tantra. All the action practices mentioned from the ninth chapter onwards, except for some differences, are common to both the generation stage and the completion stage. After completing the generation stage, without meditating on the completion stage, practicing the attainments of pacification etc., is only for those in the generation stage. This is also in consideration of the completion stage, and is directed towards those with lower faculties. The third is, when one wants to do the actions of subjugation etc. mentioned before, the yogi who practices the ritual of that action, wherever he likes, will accomplish and abide in that. The mantra for accomplishing those actions mentioned above is: Om Vajra Vairochana Ye Hum Hum Phat Svaha Some great achievers say it is a near-heart mantra, and some say it is a heart mantra, and from one perspective, both can be said. The second part is divided into two points: promising to explain, and explaining the content of the promise. The first point is: after explaining the action practices, other matters mentioned before will also be explained. What is that? The explanation of the symbols of the ten grounds, such as great joy, indicated by the symbols of the yoginis, and the symbols of places such as nearby places, will be explained. What do these places etc. become and abide in? They abide in the limbs of the body of glorious Heruka, such as the hands etc., and the parts of the joints etc. That is, the twenty-four places such as the crown of Heruka, abide in the nature of the twenty-four places, and their symbols indicate the ten grounds.

meaning. All the limbs of Heruka, the stable ones are the vessels, the moving ones are the essence of self-nature, meaning that the stable and moving are all subdued in the three places of underground, above ground, and above ground. The heroes and yoginis of the three lands are the meaning of residing as part of the body of Heruka. For those with the nature of stability and movement, recite "Bhava, all limbs, head, strength." The meaning is that the head is the form aggregate, and strength is the name for the remaining aggregates, and that land and places, etc., are the nature of the aggregates, etc., and are the limbs and branches of glorious Heruka. The second has two, showing the places etc. as ten grounds, showing that all are pervaded by the ten places etc. The first has two, the general meaning and the meaning of the limbs. The first has three, the way in which the names of the grounds such as the very joyful are spoken separately, the elimination of contradictions in the different statements made about the places etc., and the differences in the disciples for whom they are spoken. The first is that in this root tantra, the ten between the place and the near place, to the cemetery and the near cemetery, are said to be the ten from the very joyful to the cloud of dharma. In the explanatory tantra, adding the two of drinking blood and near drinking blood to the ten places etc., it is said that these are the twelve grounds. The same is also stated in the Two Examinations. The twelve grounds are: Bhava Bhadra, the Peaceful One, the Black Practitioner, and in the commentary on Hevajra and Manne, etc., composed by Padma Sprout, it is said that the two of the Ground of Adhimukti and Prabhavati are added to the ten of Very Joyful etc. Adhimukti is drinking blood, and Prabhavati is near drinking blood. Jnana Tilaka says that the sixteen grounds are: In that same text, it says, places etc. places of joy, are spoken of by the sound of ground. Adhimukti is the first ground, the second is Very Joyful, the third is Stainless, the fourth is Luminous, the fifth is Radiant, the sixth is Difficult to Tame, the seventh is Manifest, the eighth is Gone Afar, the ninth is Immovable, the tenth is Good Intelligence. These are the grounds of the Bodhisattva. The Cloud of Dharma is the ground of the Buddha, Prabhavati is the ground of the Perfectly Complete Buddha, and the light of all-illuminating radiance is the glorious Vajrasattva Bhagavan.
