It is not written for fear of the multitude that the intention of the glorious face was stated. The main deity of the mandala is the twenty-four dakinis residing in the three wheels, and these twenty-four pervade the three realms of movable and immovable objects and all beings, that is, they pervade everywhere. The third is that the inviolable vow of the dakinis is that the emanations of samadhi, the outer and inner bodies, are meditated upon as the dakinis themselves. Through the samadhi of the two stages, such as recitation, whatever activities of pacification etc. may be, on the earth they will be perfected, that is, they will be accomplished. The mantra practitioner always abides in samadhi, and at night, naked with the sky as clothing, performs secret conduct. The object of reliance is a man, or if it is the left path, then a woman is also acceptable. By means of mudras and dances, the yoginis and heroes are made joyful. If the self-born coemergent mother is always worshiped, then all siddhis will be accomplished, that is, the means of accomplishment. One should enter into the worship of the left-hand wisdom mother. The third is that in the condensed tantra of the Abhidhana of Glorious Heruka, the twenty-four places marked by the twenty-four letters such as Puja, is the chapter on the ritual of establishing the mandala of heroes, that is, the forty-first chapter. In the extensive explanation of the condensed tantra of Chakrasamvara, the All-Illuminating Hidden Meaning, the explanation of the forty-first chapter. ༈ །། Fourth, the chapter on the cause of the roaring mantra and the form of the dakinis has three parts: vowing to explain, the actual explanation, and indicating the name of the chapter. The first is that after explaining the forty-first chapter, the forty-second chapter will be explained. This is taken from elsewhere, from the power of the word "after." The second has two parts: the first way of explaining, and the second way of explaining. The first has two parts: the way of laughing, and the secret signs and digressions. The first is that in the previous thirty-ninth chapter, the roaring was shown by eight kinds of laughter, which is clarified here: the hero, that is, the practitioner, did not find the beautiful-eyed girl, and then together with her, after drinking the liquid of the self-born flower with the vajra, haha etc.
