Therefore, one should strive to protect this which is very prone to decline. The three commentaries say, "Not considering the power of the hero." This means that the Bhagavan does not look upon those who transgress their vows. This tantra should not be recited in any way by those who have not been empowered and do not keep their vows, nor should its path be explained. The left-hand practices of this tantra should be practiced with good concealment. Bhava says, "The left-hand practices should be well concealed." Although the meaning of "accomplisher" can be applied to both, here it is good according to Bhava's commentary. If the mantra of the dakini, which should be kept secret, is recited carelessly, then Heruka does not look upon such a person, that is, he does not hold them with compassion. Below, the opposite of this is said: "The Heruka glorious difficult to see tantra, whoever protects it." Therefore, it is not only about reciting the mantra without secrecy, but it is about not keeping the general vows of this, and especially about revealing the secrets that should be kept secret to those who are not vessels. Not only does he not hold them with compassion, but that evil person who is devoid of keeping vows will be eaten by thousands of dakinis. Destroying vows, that is, destroying, and practicing evil deeds forbidden by Vajradhara, there is no doubt that one will accumulate sins like killing a Brahmin, that is, killing a Buddha. Practicing sins and downfalls, and being deluded about the results, self-deceiving oneself, this evil person, even if devoured by fierce dakinis, Heruka I will not protect them. It is also said in the Moon Secret Bindu: "Desiring the meaning of mantra accomplishment, one should strive to keep all vows, otherwise the mantra master, even if reciting, the meanings of mantras and so on will not be accomplished. The gods also do not grant vows, and do not respond to prayers, this world is very painful, and the next world falls into all the hells, those who transgress vows and practice, will obtain the nature of ignorance. The disciple is also the same, therefore, the inferior of wisdom will surely obtain suffering, therefore, the meaning of mantra will never ripen, the pleasure of the gods is most supreme, but to the disciple without vows, what.

Also, they will not give alms. Thus it is said. The meaning of "even the gods" and so on is: Jñana Bodhi says: "Even if incense and flowers, etc., are offered, they will not be accepted." As quoted, after transgressing all vows, even if offerings are made to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, they will not be accepted. Knowing that the mantra practitioner has said this, it is extremely important to strive to keep the vows. The secret one, that is, among those who practice secret mantras, the practitioner who does not keep the vows is extremely foolish, like a beast. One who opposes or harms the guru and one's own vows will fall from the world of beings to be tamed, who are embraced by the compassion of the Buddha, that is, will emerge from within it. Secondly, the glorious Heruka Tantra is difficult to behold, that is, if those who have not realized its true nature see it, the vows that cause fear will arise. But to the yogi who well protects and maintains them, the dakinis, that is, the heroines, and the heroes will think, "This is the face of virtue, that is, the door." "Mukha" means both face and door, and the latter should be taken as the meaning. I, Heruka, will help those who keep their vows. To the guru, one who respectfully serves and protects the secret places, the dakinis will always be pleased, and all siddhis will arise, that is, will be bestowed upon him. The great translator said: "The dakinis are always pleased with the practitioner who protects secrets." Thus it was translated. Siddhi is when the practitioner himself becomes the hero Heruka. He is the master, that is, the chief one, who wanders in the three realms and in the sky. The practitioner who desires to attain the state of a hero and practices properly is worthy of being worshiped at all times. The one who keeps the vows will rejoice in entering the yoga that is inseparable from skillful means and wisdom, and will also understand well the profound instructions given by the guru. Or, as it is recited: "He will also realize the true conduct." Thus, he will experience conduct, that is, all pleasures, in the three realms. Thus, Kongkanapa and others believe. Holding the conduct of Heruka.
