Its nature is bright, the outer layer of letters is white, the middle color is red, and the inner color is blue-black. The reasons for these have been explained in the "Clear Lamp of the Five Stages." If making vein petals, then inside the vein tube, make it in a shape arranged inward and outward. The three categories of letters are said to represent manifestation, increase, and attainment. For this, first clearly establish the twenty-four lotus petals together with the heart, and focus on them. Then, from the outside to the inside, clearly establish the directional letters in order, and gradually focus on them. Finally, like the mind dissolving into the indestructible bindu A-thung (藏文:ཨ་ཐུང་,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) in the center, focus on it for a long time. As before, alternately focus from the outside to the inside towards the center. Both clear manifestation and stability of mind on it should be practiced repeatedly. Doing so is to make the directions of the Dharma wheel gradually merge the wind into the inside, closer, and ultimately to collect it into the dhūti (Sanskrit) in the heart. With the key point of wind and mind entering as one, wherever the mind is focused in the body, the wind will also merge into that place. For this, if you extend the time of focus and can manifest it slightly, then visualize all the letters. If it does not appear no matter what you do, because the indispensable thing is the central bindu A-thung (藏文:ཨ་ཐུང་,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿), then seek both clear manifestation and abiding on it. For this, if it is still not clear, or if it is clear but easily disappears, what should be done? And the signs of the wind entering the dhūti (Sanskrit) through the yoga of mantra bindu, and the signs of dissolution, and the duration of time, have been explained when practicing subtlety, and should be known. The practice of the indestructible bindu in the heart is greatly praised. As the Ornament of Clear Realization says: "Constantly abiding in the heart, the only bindu without change, the person who practices this will surely generate wisdom." The Five Stages of Chakrasamvara also say: "The mind with sound and bindu, place it in the heart, thereby destroying, the darkness of ignorance, the Lord Bhagavan will appear." Thus, it is said that practicing the indestructible bindu in the heart will generate the innate wisdom that cuts off ignorance from the root. The so-called "surely generate wisdom" also refers to this. From the liberation bindu

, that clear, indestructible bindu form, about the size of a mustard seed, with the appearance of five-colored rays blazing and dripping, constantly dwells in the heart center. If one points to it, great wisdom will arise, and in an instant, the fire of yoga will ignite, without any doubt. As it is said, this is innate wisdom. This and the subtle points of the lower gate are highly praised, and it is an infallible and particularly special instruction on vital exertion, so one should strive to practice it. It is also said that when meditating on this, signs such as mirages will appear, and at the end of the four signs, the four emptinesses will also appear. Secondly, if one is able to generate the four joys well due to the absorption of wind during the subtle moments of the lower gate, then here, the gathering of wind will also be easier, and the obstacles such as pain arising during the gathering will be smaller. If not, one should still know well the gentle methods of cultivation, and if one cultivates in this way, significant obstacles will not arise. If the mind is well-focused and a few winds gather, causing slight pain, one should remain in that state. Although there may be pain at first, it is good if a feeling of bliss arises thereafter, so one should cultivate in that state. If one does not eliminate the pain, it seems that it will become an obstacle to virtuous practice. If one does not gather the winds in the center of the wheel, but tries to eliminate the pain by exhaling, etc., then the previously gathered winds will be scattered outwards, which will not help in gathering them into the central channel, and it will also be difficult to gather the winds in the future. Therefore, it is not enough to just use methods to eliminate the pain. Therefore, one should focus on all the winds above and below the heart center, gather them well, and repeatedly dissolve them into the indestructible place. In this way, the pain will also subside, and the previously gathered winds will not be in vain, and it will not hinder future gatherings. If one experiences a strong focus, like the mind dissolving into the indestructible place in the heart center, then something like blindness may occur. Similarly, if the other four senses lose their ability to grasp their objects, then when the winds have dissolved and the four emptinesses appear, the sense consciousnesses need to dissolve, so there is no need for methods of elimination. If it is not like that, and it continues for a long time, then as it is said in the tantras: In the heart center, there are six grasping winds that enter the sense gates, and six winds that are grasped, making twelve in total. In the heart center
