The method of establishing the order of the earth is: Vacant Speech mainly gathers the breath in the hridaya nadi of the heart. As the Explanatory Tantra Vajramala says, untying the knot of the heart nadi is more difficult than untying the knots of other chakras, so first insert the breath into other places of the hridaya nadi, and then it will be easier to gather the breath in the heart, which is the order from easy to difficult. There are two points to this: here, the reason why the three pranakarma of the three bindus are needed at the three tips of the nose, and the order of practicing the three pranakarma are explained. The first point is: In the subsequent tantra, the pranakarma branch of the six branches of union is explained in two verses, which are quoted during the five-stage vajra recitation. The meaning of this is explained in the Lamp Illuminating the Meaning: meditating on the indestructible bindu in the heart, performing vajra recitation in the upper nostril, and meditating on the substance bindu at the secret tip of the nose, which are explained as all three needing to be practiced. That is, the term of practicing the three bindus at the three tips of the nose is explained in the Vajramala. The characteristics of the three tips of the nose are: the names of secret, heart, and face nose. And, of breath, mantra, and substance. The three bindus are supreme. Thus. Meditating on the mantra bindu has the same meaning as meditating on the indestructible bindu in the heart. Regarding this, the Marpa tradition's key instructions include detailed explanations of meditating on the indestructible bindu in the heart, including the mantra wheel. And performing vajra recitation here is very famous. Meditating on the substance bindu at the secret tip of the nose must be done at this time, because it is clearly explained in both the Five Stages and the Lamp Illuminating the Meaning, and it has not been interrupted. Therefore, this must also be accepted as the key instruction at this time, because it has been explained in detail in the Five Stages and the Lamp Illuminating the Meaning. The second point is divided into three: practicing the pranakarma of the mantra bindu at the tip of the nose of the heart, practicing the pranakarma of the light bindu at the tip of the nose of the face, and practicing the pranakarma of the substance bindu at the tip of the nose of the secret. The first point is divided into two: Practicing the mantra wheel in the heart, and the method of eliminating obstacles when they arise. The first point is: practicing in the state of visualizing the nature of the parents of the same family of the Great Secret Department, and the other three key points are the same as before. Since the main point of the object of focus is the heart, so

From the straight middle of the two breasts, directly close to the back side, there is the heart chakra dhūti, so meditate there. In the heart, visualize an eight-petaled red lotus, arranged in three layers. For this, there are two ways of visualizing: one is to make the petals of the nadi itself as lotus petals, and the other is to visualize them like the petals of a lotus flower. Because from other reliable scriptures, for those who meditate like this, both methods appear, so either one is fine. If you do it according to the latter method, then in the center of the lotus, visualize an indestructible bindu, white with a reddish glow, or a red bindu below and a white bindu above, inside like half a bean joined together. Visualize a short A-stroke shape, head facing upwards, dark blue in color, blazing with five kinds of rays, very dazzling. Moreover, it is better to meditate on it as having the nature of great bliss, dripping with nectar. For that, even if you don't generate a clear appearance by clearly establishing the nadi, you must believe that it exists in the center of the Dharma wheel, inside the dhūti where the single ro knot is tied, and meditate. Here, in the spoken tantra, the mantra bindu is said to be the letter Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,हूँ,seed syllable), and the lamas make it a short A, which is in accordance with the Vajra Mandala Ornament Tantra quoted in the Compendium of Practices. For the indestructible bindu, there is the support of the mind, the red and white essence of the heart, and the very subtle life-sustaining wind and mind, etc. On the petals in the inner circle direction, write ṛ in the east, rṝ in the south, lṛ in the west, and lṝ in the north, leaving the four corners empty. On the middle petals, write ka kha ga gha in the east, ca cha ja jha in the south, ṭa ṭha ḍa ḍha in the west, ta tha da dha in the north, pa pha ba bha in the southeast, ya ra la va in the southwest, śa ṣa sa ha in the northwest, and ṅa ña ṇa na in the northeast, four each. Or start from the east and write in order. On the outer petals, write a ā in the east, i ī in the south, u ū in the west, e ai in the north, o in the southeast, au in the southwest, aṃ in the northwest, and āḥ in the northeast. Except for aṃ, the eleven are given the last ma letter and a dot of their respective groups. Or write in order from the east. All these letters are head up, except for one, the others are in the form of horizontal arrangement, blissful
