And make it touch the key point of the speech wheel. Some people think that it is necessary to start from the navel wheel according to the tradition of the Yogini Tantra, which is unreasonable. Because Drilbu Zhap first visualizes the bindu in the heart, Kukuripa relies on the Mahamaya Tantra to first recite the life-force vajra in the heart, and Tso Kye (Padmasambhava) also said in the practice method of Karma Vajra that the appearances in the heart are collected and integrated into the light. Therefore, it is in accordance with the various paths said by the qualified people, and it is also recorded in the scriptures, and these paths have different characteristics. Some of these scriptures clearly state that this is the method of integrating the impure air into the central channel, but most of the scriptures do not clearly state it. Because there are few key points such as visualizing the three channels clearly during meditation, it is difficult to understand the statements such as placing bindus and letters in the center of the chakra for visualization as integrating the impure air into the central channel. Therefore, it is necessary to study in detail the clearly stated scriptures and the common points of many reliable scriptures to understand. As mentioned above, although there are many ways to integrate the two airs into the central channel, the two tantras are the same in that they ignite the inner heat through these methods, and generate the wisdom of the four joys or four emptinesses arising from the melting of bodhicitta, so as to identify the co-emergent joy or the wisdom of clear light, and maintain its continuity. However, since these paths have many different causes, there are also many internal differences between co-emergence and clear light. Meditating on letters and bindus in the center of the body's chakras or the lower end of the central channel and other important parts of the body, understanding these unique meditation methods and meditating. If the mind can focus on these parts, then due to the key point of the mind following the air, even if there is no direct practice of air, it can become a method of incorporating the two airs into the central channel. If one can understand this reason well, one can understand the key of many reliable Dzogchen scriptures and understand these scriptures.
