This is impossible to obtain. Because happiness comes from the fullness of the body, and those actions will destroy the five senses and the body that supports them. As Vajra Dakini says: Illusory things, through enjoying excellent enjoyments, will be transformed into happiness, thereby obtaining excellent fruits. Why not pursue it? Because there are no permanent things, only the nature of appearance. Any meditation with special characteristics can bring satisfactory fruits of happiness, which is the power of supreme clarity and wisdom. If you strive to accumulate merit for the sake of the fruit, which goddess will prevent it? Therefore, make every effort to offer to all beings. Severe asceticism and discipline will make the body wither and bring suffering. Suffering will distract the mind, and distraction will transfer achievements elsewhere. If the body and mind are stable, all happiness will be stable. The Root Tantra also says: By practicing severe asceticism and discipline, one will not achieve accomplishment. By enjoying all desires, if practiced, one will quickly achieve accomplishment. Asceticism refers to the practice of exhausting the body, such as building temples; discipline refers to cultivating the twelve qualities under trees, etc.; unsuitable refers to hanging on cliffs, throwing oneself into fire, etc. If practiced in that way, it is like being burned, and one will not attain Bodhi. Because those actions will make the body wither and bring suffering, thereby causing the Bodhicitta like the present to decline, and distracting from the samadhi of great bliss, therefore, one will not achieve supreme accomplishment in this life. In the Glorious First (Chakrasamvara Root Tantra), as mentioned before, the meaning quoted in the Compendium of Practices is that it should be understood as being said according to the general statement or the previous statement, rather than being interpreted according to the literal meaning. Also, the Root Tantra says: If body, speech, and mind are at ease, one can attain Bodhi. Otherwise, one will die untimely and will surely be burned in hell. The meaning of the first two sentences is that the benefits of comfortable conduct are indicated by the implication of the latter two sentences; the direct statement of the latter two sentences indicates the faults of performing asceticism. That is
