No. Then, when the previous visualizations are stable, one should meditate as follows: While continuously maintaining the above visualizations without interruption, through the power of those visualizations, generate the intention that the flow of air in the nostrils has stopped, and through the power of the movement of air in the central channel from the trijunction (sum mdo), like a tiny flame burning inside a crystal ball, from the bindu, generate a thin line of fire rays, the color of which is red and yellow, the touch of which is extremely hot, and the length of which can be adjusted as desired from two to four fingers. Generate the visualization of having such a special flame, and focus the mind on the previous bindu with the flame. When it is slightly stable, visualize that the tiny flame of the navel goes up to the crown of the head. Visualize that the flame melts the bodhicitta at the crown of the head, and then descends sequentially along the central channel to the center of each chakra, merging into the previous bindu in the center of the navel chakra. Again, focus the mind on the previous bindu with the flame. When it is slightly stable, visualize that the upward-moving flame becomes slightly easier to meditate on. Also, at that time, just as one lamp illuminates an entire room, visualize that the flame of the navel illuminates the inside of the petals of the channels with its light at the center of each chakra. If the mind is capable, also visualize that all seventy-two thousand channels are illuminated by the light of the flame. Repeatedly meditate on such visualizations. By meditating in this way, one will be able to reveal various hidden things based on the experiences that arise. However, this is not clairvoyance, it is said. Therefore, when those visualizations are stable, one should meditate as follows: One's own navel flame goes up to the crown of the head. Then it comes down to the space between the eyebrows, and comes out from the right nostril, touching all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, as well as all the Hearers, Solitary Realizers, and sentient beings, and generate the intention that they all become Buddhas. Then, from the left nostrils of them and the Buddhas who have already become Buddhas, the flame enters, reaching from the space between the eyebrows to the crown of the head. Then it goes down to the throat, heart, and between the navel, drawing a white bindu from the navel, rising up to the crown of the head. Then it comes down to the space between the eyebrows, and comes out from the right nostril, entering one's own (body).

Entering from the left nostril, going from the eyebrow center to the crown of the head, and then descending to the navel, nourishing the previously karma-burned channels, repeatedly visualize merging into the bindu of the previous channel knots. Again, focus the mind on the previous bindu and the flame. In short, if the signs of the aforementioned concentration appear, that is best. Even if they do not appear, if the previous concentration is slightly stable, then engage in the subsequent concentration, and when all concentrations merge, continue until the respective signs are perfected, practicing the last four sessions of the generation stage each day. By practicing in this way, when the navel's flame rises and the crown's bodhicitta melts, if it becomes very familiar, the melting of the crown's bodhicitta itself will become the cause for the burning of the navel's flame. After that, there is no need to rely on flame concentration etc., and the cycle of burning and dripping will naturally occur. If it is thought that the crown's bodhicitta is the water element, and cannot mutually aid the navel's flame, that is incorrect. Because the essence of the navel's flame is also blood, the red component of the navel mainly generates heat, and the white component of the crown mainly generates bliss, and there is no contradiction in the water element mutually aiding each other. Therefore, even if it is said that the crown's bodhicitta becomes cold when it reaches the navel, if cold is understood as a decrease in temperature, then an important meaning is missed. It should not be understood in that way, but rather cold should be understood as the crown's bodhicitta satisfying the navel's flame. The result of meditating on these concentrations is to identify the four joys, and there are two ways. One is to identify the four joys according to the order of cessation of the eighty types of self-nature conceptualizations, because this is a way of holding the four joys of a higher level of the completion stage, so it will not be explained here for the time being. Therefore, here we will explain the identification of the four joys from the perspective of location. That is, through the power of vase breathing and vajra recitation, as well as bindu yoga and flame concentration, etc., any method, the state of the wind flowing from the nostrils is reversed, and it appears as if it fills the inside of the body, like exhaling on a mirror, the internal wind disappears and ceases, and by this power, the wind at the trijunction ignites the navel's flame. Although generally speaking it is only roughly described, but in detail, by the cessation of this wind, the vajra
