It is like meditating on non-duality. The meaning of non-duality is that the essence is without difference. Lethargy and drowsiness are two distinct mental factors. Drowsiness belongs to ignorance and is an uncontrollable mental factor. Lethargy refers to an unclear grasping of the object, and mere clarity is not helpful. Excitement refers to the mind wandering and chasing after pleasing objects, etc., and is a mental factor belonging to desire. Wandering refers to the mind wandering from the object to other objects, and the latter two are also different. Mindfulness is characterized by the mind not being distracted from any object, but focusing single-mindedly on the object. Awareness is the mental factor that, when lethargy or excitement arises in the object, immediately recognizes it. When gathering the remaining offerings into the body, the light rays of the blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) from one's own heart, in the form of an iron hook, radiate out all at once from the entire front and back of the body. Invite the deities from Vairochana to Damage Beauty, and visualize each part of the body as being inseparable in essence from the powers of the deities, etc. When gathering the remaining offerings into luminosity, visualize everything from Vairochana to the main deity as merging into the essence of inseparable bliss and emptiness, without even the slightest interruption of subtle dualistic appearances, requiring strong visualization. Then, in the state of emptiness, without analyzing with reason, but in a state of fainting into the Dharmakaya in whatever appears. Where, above the central channel, from the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) generate a mandala of the sun, etc. In the center of the five-pronged vajra, at the "I" place, the white Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ།,梵文天城体:ओं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), the red Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), and the blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) are stacked one on top of the other. From that, when arising as the first protector, generate a strong aspiration, thinking: For the benefit of sentient beings, I shall arise as the complete Sambhogakaya. When arising as the Nirmanakaya Vajrasattva, generate a strong aspiration, thinking: For the benefit of sentient beings, I shall take the coarse Nirmanakaya. Because the main deity of the body mandala is Akshobhya, generate various lotus and sun cushions for the main deity and the ten wrathful deities, and for the other deities, generate their respective cushions as mentioned above. From the crown of the head to the limit of sound, visualize Vairochana.

Therefore, one should meditate on Vairochana in the center of the head, at the place where the great bliss wheel crown chakra is located. It is not to meditate inside the chakra. Meditating on Vairochana in such a place will become a special ripening cause for the completion stage, so this method should also be made known to others. In the very center of the throat is the chakra, and there one meditates on Amitabha. In the center of the body, near the heart, slightly towards the back, one meditates on Akshobhya. In the center below the heart, slightly towards the front, one meditates on Ratnasambhava. At the junction of the two thighs, the triangular place, one meditates on Amoghasiddhi. In front of Ratnasambhava, one meditates on Locanā. In front of Akshobhya and Amitabha, one generates Māmaki and Pāṇḍaravāsinī. Inside the skull above the eyebrows, there are wind-channel leaves, so there one should make Tara slightly higher than Vairochana. The bodies of the Five Buddhas should be slightly larger than the bodies of the other deities. It is said that five kinds of rays emanate from the peaceful deities, and from the ten wrathful deities, rays like flames of fire emanate, pervading the three thousand worlds. One should contemplate that unobstructed rays emanate from the body of the Nirmanakaya Vajrasattva. In the center of the two eyes, one meditates on Kshitigarbha and Rūpa-vajrī, the first two hands embracing the consort. Like a red mirror, the second face can reflect all three thousand worlds. At the base of the two ears, one meditates on Vajrapani and Shabda-vajrī, holding a blue lute. Even a slight sound from it can pervade all three thousand worlds, and thinking this will bring immeasurable happiness to one's mind. One should contemplate that merely remembering the deities of the sense organs will generate unimaginable joy. When one faces east, Vajrapani on the right ear faces south, and Vajrapani on the left ear faces north. In the two nostrils, one meditates on Akashagarbha and Gandha-vajrī. On the upper and lower ends of the left and right tongues, slightly closer to the tip, one meditates on Lokeshvara and Vajrī. There, one meditates on the top of the breath's movement. One should also understand other places accordingly. Manjushri is above Mamaki, and wisdom
