This is because the power of ultimate truth can destroy the afflictions of sentient beings. Uṣṇīṣacakravartinī (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is the Crown Wheel-Turning King, because he bestows upon sentient beings the wisdom of liberation from the three realms, so he is the Crown, the explanation of the meaning of the Wheel-Turning King is not clear. Sumbharāja (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is Harm Beauty, sumbha (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) means to subdue or harm, and rāja (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) means king and beauty, etc. It means to summon the obstacles of the ten directions and stab them with a stake. In this way, the thirty-two deities are perfected by the seven doors. From relying on the assembly to this point, one should gradually contemplate and meditate with the mind. Then, in order to generate stable samadhi focused on the deities, one should clearly establish the object of focus and remain there for as long as one can remain. In this regard, Lama Ngok's instructions are threefold: learning the appearance, learning the order, and learning the sessions. Among them, when first practicing the stages of manifestation in sequence, one should not clearly establish the later stages until the appearance of what is to be practiced has not arisen. When clearly establishing the later stages, one should not abandon the general meaning of the earlier stages, but should keep them in mind. When the appearance arises, one should also generate pride in it. In this way, by practicing each stage of manifestation once and constantly getting used to doing so, both reciting in the mouth and appearing in the mind will become proficient, and just as words come out quickly, they will also appear quickly in the mind. If it is not like this, even if the recitation in the mouth is very fast, no general meaning will appear in the mind. If that is the case, then it is not practicing manifestation, but only reciting. If that is considered practicing manifestation, then reciting the Five Stages treatise once would be equivalent to practicing Vajra recitation, mind isolation, illusory body, clear light, and union. Therefore, if there is no practice of the stages of manifestation in the mind, then purifying the three states of birth, death, and bardo, and generating the completion stage in the continuum, will not be possible. Therefore, it is best to learn the stages of manifestation in four sessions so that they can clearly appear in the mind. In this way, after clearly establishing up to the mandala king, then, like the main deity, one should use it as the object of focus and keep the mind focused on one point.

Clearly manifesting the appearance of the general meaning of the deity's body color, hand gestures, etc., arising in the mind. It is necessary to have both unwavering confidence and firm pride in "being this deity." If the appearance is very clear, but there is no firm pride, it should not be like seeing a tsakali or a thangka. Among appearance and pride, pride is the main one, so it is very important, and the appearance should be clearly manifested without separating from it. That is to say, it is necessary to have a very firm belief that the mandala of the Bhagavan Guhyasamaja, who resides in the state of self-nature, is real. In order to strengthen this, it is necessary to clearly manifest the body color, face, hand gestures, etc. Therefore, it is very important that the appearance and pride are not like the feet of a weaver. In this regard, first, the rough image of the deity should be clearly manifested in general, and then meditated upon. For some types of minds, a very clear appearance arises at first, and by becoming accustomed to it, it may become stable or unstable, and various situations may occur. In most cases, the initial clear appearance diminishes, so it often disappears. In any case, first, the object of focus should be clearly manifested, and then it should be kept as it is. If it disappears, or if consciousness falls into dullness or agitation, it should be recognized with mindfulness, and then the object of focus should be clearly manifested, and its image should not be forgotten, and it should be maintained. If something larger or smaller than the clearly manifested object appears, or if the color or shape is inconsistent with it, do not follow it, but hold the previous object of focus with memory and stay on it. If, when meditating on a deity such as Akshobhya, a very clear deity such as Vairochana appears, and the thought arises that if this is made the object of focus, it seems that it will arise quickly, then the previous object of focus should be maintained. If one clings to the latter object of focus and meditates on it for a while, it will also disappear, and then other objects of focus will appear. If it seems that the image of the deity is not clear, in a meditation room with good light and bright colors, a large window should be made in the east and south directions, and in the center of the room, in the place where the window light shines, a large container filled with water should be placed, and then a mirror, sword, etc. should be placed in the sky above the container. On the north or west wall, a beautifully painted thangka of the yidam should be displayed, and this should be made the object of focus for meditation. Even if these conditions are not met, there should be
