Then, empower by pouring the vase water as before. From the empowerment water, experience great bliss as it fills the entire body. All impurities are cleansed. Visualize that the Akshobhya, formed from the remaining water congealed at the crown of the head, adorns the head. With the light rays of the samadhi mind of your own heart, invite the empowerment deities. Place them in their respective positions as in the body mandala. oṃ supratiṣṭha vajre svāhā. After reciting, offer flowers to the disciple as an offering. The second part has three: proclaiming the vows and entrusting the mantra, offering wealth to the deity and the lama, and performing subsequent grants, etc. The first is: Then. You shall kill living beings. You shall also speak false words. You shall also take what is not given. You shall attend to another's wife. The vajra bell and hand seal, you shall never abandon. Do not despise the teacher. This is equal to all Buddhas. Since the lama is equal to all Buddhas, whatever is despised towards the teacher, is despising all Buddhas. One will always obtain suffering. Therefore, desiring the fruit of Buddhahood, beings with respectful minds, bestow immeasurable fruits. Worship this with all effort. Is the state of enlightenment easy? Who can eliminate samsara? Who has no birth and death? Who is capable of two actions? Without a vajra master, one will not be able to abandon all afflictions, will not obtain the state of nirvana and peace, and will not obtain non-retrogression. Always accomplish your own vows. Always worship the Tathagata. Always offer to the lama. This is equal to all Buddhas. With a mind endowed with skillful means and wisdom, there is nothing that cannot be done. Always being without conceptual thought, you enjoy the five desires. All Buddhas have unanimously spoken, the sacred and constant command, this vow and discipline, you should always protect. Having said this and explained the meaning. Admonish not to transgress those vows. Thus, to the disciple who holds the vows and discipline, ask what siddhi you desire. If he says I want this, then give him the deity and mantra of what he wants. In common, the empowerment of mantra is supreme wisdom. Please grant me the ability to bestow siddhis. Thus pray.

DA. First, generate the three-tiered deity. Also, visualize the guru as a three-tiered deity, at his heart: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Oṃ Sva Āḥ Ha Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ Svāhā (Tibetan: ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་ༀ་སྭ་ཨཱཿཧ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་སྭཱཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ āḥ hūṃ oṃ sva āḥ ha hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum Om Sva Ah Ha Hum Hum Phat Svaha). Recite this mantra of Bon combined with the three syllables of the six realms, along with the ending, one hundred and eight times or three times by the dawn guru, and say, "Bhagavan, I have given, please draw near." Pray to the main deity of the wheel. This is the essence of all Buddhas, the supreme wisdom, the collection of all Buddhas, may you also always hold it. After saying this, the disciple says, "Bhagavan, I have received, please draw near to me." After praying, repeat three times. Visualize that it comes from the guru's heart, comes out of his mouth, enters the disciple's right ear, and stays at the heart, circling around the samadhi deity. This mantra empowerment can also be given after the name empowerment. This is the ritual of bestowing the hand symbol empowerment, the fifteenth ritual. Secondly: Then, according to their ability, the disciple offers to each deity in the mandala, the best offering is clothing and precious ornaments, the medium offering is one silk cloth for each deity, the worst is one common cloth, and with great faith, also widely emanates with the mind, accompanied by song, dance, and music. Offer the outer offerings, as well as the secret offerings, and with various foods and drinks accompanied by song, dance, and music, perform the tsog offering. This is the ritual of offering to the deities, the sixteenth ritual. Then, offering to the guru who gives oneself enlightenment, and the reason for doing so and how to view the guru: land and mind, young women, jewels and golden light, gems, pearls, coral, and even the body are also offered. Because one desires that inexhaustible thing, whatever is most pleasing, and whatever is most excellent, should be offered to the guru. The teacher is a sacred deity, and should be diligently offered to. Because it is the cause of accepting the world, he has that form. Whoever sees the guru as Vajradhara, as different or the same
