This is because it is said in the Five Stages of Manifest Enlightenment Ornamentation that the generation stage is the remembrance of oneness. Furthermore, some people, based on the eleventh chapter of the Lamp Illuminating Wisdom, which says that visualizing each of the Vairochana Buddhas, etc., is the remembrance of oneness, believe that initially learning one deity is the remembrance of oneness, and after becoming familiar with that, learning the complete methods of accomplishment, learning the yoga of discrimination, is not appropriate. This is because when it is said that visualizing Vairochana Buddhas, etc., is the remembrance of oneness, it is also said to visualize the mandala of those with increased pride. Therefore, the so-called remembrance of oneness does not refer to remembering a deity once, nor does it refer to remembering only one deity, but rather to remembering the deity with one-pointedness, or to remembering oneself and the deity as one. This generally applies to visualizing both subtle and coarse deities, but here it refers to the yoga of the coarse deity, the support and the supported. As stated in the Compendium of Practices, those learning archery first learn with a large target, and just as they learn with a smaller target after becoming familiar with the large one, it is said that this path should also be learned in this way. Therefore, when learning the generation stage, one must first generate the samadhi in which the coarse is clearly visualized, up to the supreme mandala lord. After becoming familiar with that, one learns the yoga of discrimination, such as visualizing the mandala within a subtle drop. The yoga of discrimination or investigation is the general name for the generation stage, but here it refers to entering the subtle yoga of the general name, as it is said in the sixth chapter of the Lamp Illuminating Wisdom that visualizing the subtle yoga is learning the yoga of discrimination. The samadhi of the beginner is the yoga of the first stage, and abiding in that is being stable or reaching the ultimate. The generation stage has profound interdependent connections that are in accordance with the realization of the completion stage, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas bless the continuum, one is taken care of by the supreme deity in all lifetimes, one is inseparable from the remembrance of the Buddha, one easily perfects the accumulations through offerings, praises, etc., one is not obstructed by the harm of obstacles, and one can accomplish many siddhis such as pacification in this very life, etc., possessing a vast collection of qualities. Therefore, no matter whether one clearly visualizes the coarse or subtle mandala of the support and the supported, it will appear as desired and not appear as undesired, and

It is extremely important to train in maintaining single-pointed concentration for a long time, until it becomes natural. The basis for training and the methods of practice have already been explained extensively in the commentary on the 'Nomenclature'. The condensed method of extracting the experience of the subtle and coarse stages of generation has already been explained in the 'Sadhana'. In detail, it has already been explained in the 'Stages of the Path of Vajradhara'. In the context of mind-focus, the physical and verbal isolation included in the stages of mind-focus will be shown below. When explaining appearances, the categories of names for the three appearances are: In the 'Compendium of Conduct', it says: Among the two categories of names mentioned, the first is the category of names common to the Paramita Mahayana. The Teacher clearly taught 'means and wisdom', and by implication, also included the unclear expression of 'hermaphrodite', these three, and the three of mind, intellect, and consciousness, the three of imputation, dependence, and perfection, the three of desire, hatred, and ignorance, the three of essence, and so on. Among them, means is increase, wisdom is appearance, and hermaphrodite is the combination of the two, which is near attainment. Appearance is more of the wisdom of emptiness among the two of bliss and emptiness. Increase is the opposite of this. Near attainment is the equality of the two. Therefore, it is not the case that everything called 'means and wisdom' and the combination of the two are all shown as these three. This is also in terms of the three appearances of the path. Through a similar way, the three appearances of the basis should also be named in this way. Appearance is mind, increase is intellect, and near attainment is consciousness. This is also not to say that any of the three of mind, intellect, and consciousness are shown as these three. It is also not considered that the three appearances contradict each other, just as the three of mind, intellect, and consciousness contradict each other. In other texts, mind is explained as the alaya-consciousness, intellect is explained as afflicted intellect, and consciousness is explained as the six entering consciousnesses. Based on this, some people think that appearance is entering consciousness, increase is afflicted intellect, and near attainment is alaya-consciousness, but this is not reasonable. If it is thought that increase and near attainment are alaya-consciousness and afflicted intellect, then just as the two of alaya-consciousness and afflicted intellect, which are different in nature from the six aggregates, cannot be directly cognized by ordinary beings, these two would also have the same fault. Moreover, the explanation of the object and aspect of appearance is extremely dissimil
