How it arises is not clear. However, in the detailed explanation of speech isolation, it explains the three aspects such as where it enters, and ultimately it says that when the winds enter the indestructible and the clear light appears. If one has discriminating wisdom about these, one can understand that through Vajra recitation, the winds are gathered into the indestructible and dissolve, from which the emptinesses appear. In the Vajra Garland it also says: Through the excellent practice of Vajra recitation, if one knows the characteristics of the winds, one can cut off the winds of discursive thoughts, and one will gain focus on the mind. Thus, it is clearly stated many times that through Vajra recitation, by blocking the movement of the winds, the emptinesses of mind isolation are generated. That is the inner condition for drawing out the three wisdoms. The outer condition is, in the Five Stages, it says: Illusion is the most excellent of all, the illusion of a woman is particularly superior, the distinctions of the three wisdoms, will be clearly shown from this. Desire itself and detachment from desire, and the third between them, are the union of the two faculties, arising from the union of Vajra and Padma. Thus, it is said that wisdom arises by relying on the external Mudra. Thus, relying on external and internal methods, at the time of the three appearances, and especially at the time of the example clear light gathered in near attainment, one should meditate by combining the co-emergent great bliss with the meaning of that very suchness, and with the unmistaken view. The details of these points have already been explained in the Lamp Illuminating the Five Stages, and should be understood from there. What is said here as illusory body is not the common presentation of illusion in the two Great Vehicles, nor the common illusion of the upper and lower tantras, nor the common illusion of the two stages, which refers to the appearance of the deity's form without inherent existence as the illusory body, but it must be realized only from the guru's oral instructions. In the Five Stages it says: The stage called self-blessing, is the teaching of conventional truth, which is obtained through the kindness of the guru, and not otherwise. And in the Self-Blessing it also says: The Dharma like a dream and illusion, all the Buddhas speak of, although it is true, it cannot be known by that. Looking outward from self-blessing, the mind's nature, like a bow, combined with the wind of consciousness, is not seen by one's own wisdom. Being confused by the example of illusion,

It is extremely difficult to accomplish that even with the perfection of hearing, without the instructions of the guru, one cannot directly realize illusion. Thus it is said, and this commentary will also explain it in this way. The benefits of realizing this and the faults of not realizing this also come from the Five Stages: The stage of self-blessing, whoever has not obtained it, for the Sutras, Tantras, and conceptual thoughts, his labor will become meaningless. The one who has obtained the stage of self-blessing is the master of all Buddhas. Buddhahood will be attained in this very life, without a doubt. Thus it is said. If one does not obtain the method of accomplishing this body from the guru, then the meaning of laboring for what purpose is that Buddhahood will not be accomplished. If one knows this and accomplishes it through practice, then as it is said, one will definitely attain enlightenment in that life. With the supreme swiftness of accomplishing Buddhahood in one lifetime, the path of inseparable bliss and emptiness, and of the two illusory bodies, the latter is extremely difficult to realize. Moreover, one must investigate the root from this supreme system in order to be able to impart it to others. From the Ocean of Dakinis: The yogi of the form of a deity, I, the one who directly realizes in an instant, with other systems of yoga, transforms into various forms. The nature body of emptiness yoga is the characteristic of self-blessing. The yogi without self-blessing should be known like a grain in chaff. Such a supreme characteristic is not known by ordinary people. Therefore, if one meditates on this illusion, one will obtain unsurpassed enlightenment. Thus, the hidden meaning of the illusory body self-blessing is highly praised even in other tantras. This seems extremely difficult to realize, and has been explained in detail in the Lamp of the Five Stages. In order to form a rough understanding, as a branch, a little is explained. To practice the illusory body, one must know the basis for practicing this, how the basis abides. That also comes from the Five Stages: All beings are without autonomy, they do not arise autonomously. Its cause is luminosity, all luminosity is emptiness. With whatever mind children are bound by the bonds of samsara, with that very mind, the yogi will go to the realm of the Sugatas. This has no birth, nor does it have any death. The mind of
