It is the cause of becoming a Buddha. Being degraded because of low birth, and other similar situations, are included. Being degraded because of misconduct is not the reason for not being able to become a Buddha in this life. Therefore, it is said, "low birth" and so on. So-called "low birth" refers to being degraded because of birth. The so-called "bamboo craftsman" refers to being degraded because of occupation. And so on, refers to other occupations besides bamboo craftsmen, such as shoemakers, being degraded. The so-called "those who seek profit for killing" refers to traps, landmines, bows and arrows, and other mechanisms, as well as swords and other weapons, and fishing nets, hunting nets, and so on. These are all methods used by those who harm sentient beings to achieve their own goals, so they are called "those who seek profit for killing sentient beings." The so-called "the great vehicle is unsurpassed, the supreme vehicle can be accomplished here" refers to the Vajrayana being the unsurpassed great vehicle. The victor is a precious person, and this person travels through this unsurpassed vehicle, so it is called the supreme vehicle. Relying on this vehicle, one can achieve excellence in one lifetime. Regarding "sentient beings without interruption" and so on, the two without interruption are inconsistent with other treatises because they are meant to show that even if one commits the sin of without interruption, there are cases where one can achieve excellence in this life. This is mostly after the Buddha shows Nirvana. At that time, since there will be no bleeding from the Tathagata's body with evil thoughts, and no destruction of the uninterrupted wheel, two other alternatives are mentioned. Or, it may be that the number of uninterrupted is said in that way. Patsab (translator's name) translated "killing an Arhat" as "killing a Bhikshu," which should be understood according to the old translation and the supplementary translation. Killing the father, killing the mother, killing an Arhat, destroying the Buddha image, abandoning the true Dharma, these five actions will lead to immediate fall into hell after death, so they are uninterrupted sins. In this regard, Patsab's translation says: "In the root, sentient beings such as without interruption." The commentary says: "Here the sound of without interruption is a false establishment, applied to them." It can be seen that the explanation of the commentary is very important.ྟེ་ is easy to understand. To illustrate with a close example, the term "uninterrupted" refers to the act of committing these sins. The word "etcetera" refers to the five near-uninterrupted sins. That is, as stated in the Abhidharmakośakārikā: "Killing an Arhat, defiling a nun, killing a learner, robbing the Sangha, and destroying a stupa, these five sins are similar to the uninterrupted sins." Committing great sins means that a Bhikshu has committed the four root downfalls, just like cutting off the head of a palm tree, it will not grow again and wither, retreating from Buddhism and falling into hell. But they can also gather here, relying on the grace of the Guru, to obtain the special completion stage, thereby achieving, and even obtaining the perfect Buddhahood. Then, not to mention the evil people who have not committed uninterrupted sins and root downfalls, this shows that they can be liberated from the sins of great karma obscurations. Therefore, those who are the opposite of this are vessels that can be accomplished in this life, and those who are not vessels, because they can be determined separately, so they can accomplish things without relying on them. Therefore, these treatises clearly show the greatness of the unsurpassed vehicle. Like this, the reason why all the karma obscurations of sinners such as uninterrupted sins can be purified is because of the unsurpassed Vajrayana. Therefore, some people may think that even if they go against the Vajra Guru, they can achieve accomplishment in one lifetime. In order to deny this idea, it is said that one should slander the Guru from the heart, etc. First of all, one should respect the Guru, and through the order of hearing and thinking, use the path of this vehicle to realize Suchness. After that, thinking, "What use is this person to me now?", not regarding the Guru as an object of respect, but instead despising him, this is slandering the Guru. At the same time as slandering the Guru, also using wealth to make oneself happy, this is also the same as slandering the Guru. This will not achieve accomplishment either, let alone slandering the Guru from the heart? It will never be accomplished, this is despising the Guru...
