And the benefit of self and others, the conduct of the assembly that accomplishes the means of all those benefits is all conduct. The meaning of conduct is for the sake of all self and others. It is both the supreme Dharma and the meaning, so it is the meaning of the supreme Dharma. That which the Great Vajradhara is to attain through all conduct is called the meaning of the supreme Dharma. Because omniscience itself is the meaning sought by those who desire liberation. For that meaning, there is with elaboration, without elaboration, and extremely without elaboration. By practicing these three types of conduct, it is conduct. Its characteristic is its own nature, which is what is proclaimed, just as it is spoken. Regarding "non-conceptual" and so on. Non-conceptual refers to the wisdom of clear light that realizes the ultimate truth, which is the characteristic of profundity. Meaning refers to the meaning to be accomplished, the illusory body of the conventional truth, which is the characteristic of vastness. If these two are truly meditated upon in a non-dual manner, that is what arises from the meaning of non-conceptual. The yogi of this path, even if disturbed by the lineage of the three poisons such as desire, is the supreme vehicle, because this special Vajrayana is the guru of all Shravaka, Pratyekabuddha, and Paramita vehicles, so it is unsurpassed or supreme. Other tantras below the Yoga Tantra cannot surpass it, so the remainder of the word "unsurpassed" remains in the mind. Relying on that vehicle, the most excellent accomplishment is an extraordinary accomplishment, the accomplishment of Mahamudra. It is able to accomplish and generate the most excellent accomplishment, and it is not intentional. This shows the greatness of the Vajrayana, referring to the specialty of the unsurpassed Vajrayana. Here, the commentary explaining it as non-intentional is unreasonable. The scripture says: The three, attachment, hatred, and ignorance, correspond respectively to the arising, entering, and abiding of the wind. Therefore, it is necessary to give a direct and hidden explanation of it. If it is thought that way, there is no fault. Because the need to give a direct and hidden explanation and explaining it as non-intentional are not contradictory. The very knowing of the way things are, the nature of all dharmas, by means of coemergent bliss, is perfection in this life.
