Then, if it is necessary to correctly explain the reason why enlightenment must be done in that way, then it will not decay. Therefore, the statement that achieving the Form Body through a path with the form of the Form Body is a characteristic of mantra practitioners, is it merely something to be believed? This needs to be explained, that is, the practitioners of the Paramita Vehicle, as the essential cause of the Form Body, accumulate the supreme collection of merit, and special causes such as the marks and signs, such as welcoming and sending off the guru, through the power accumulated in countless lifetimes, when they reach a high level, they obtain a body adorned with marks and signs in accordance. Moreover, this body becomes better and better, and finally when it becomes the last existence, they will obtain the ultimate marks and signs of practice. At that time, when the Dharmakaya is manifested on that basis, the same kind of marks and signs of the body will be transformed into the Sambhogakaya. It is not that there are no marks and signs at the time of the path, and once the fruit is obtained, they suddenly appear anew. Similarly, if Vajrayana practitioners achieve Buddhahood in one lifetime, then in the stage of practice, if there are no marks and signs that are in accordance with the marks and signs of the non-learning stage, it is not desirable for the ultimate marks and signs to suddenly appear. Thus, if there are no marks and signs on the path of practice, then the Form Body will not be achieved, which is the common view of both the Great and Small Vehicles. At that time, for those who attain enlightenment in one lifetime, the first practitioners who are new to mantra, the mantra does not say that they must have a body adorned with marks and signs from the moment of birth. In fact, it is not, therefore, the body's marks and signs cannot be established as the cause of the Form Body's marks and signs. Therefore, it is necessary to practice anew in that lifetime and achieve the cause of the same kind as the marks and signs, and there is no other reasonable way than the deity yoga. If this is done, then achieving the bodies of happy and unhappy realms, it is not necessary to accumulate the cause with its form at the time of the cause, and before achieving the Form Body of the Buddha, it is necessary to have the cause that is in accordance with its form, how can these two be the same? We do not think that in order to obtain the Form Body, it is necessary to practice the path with its form as the result of maturation, but rather that in achieving the marks and signs of the Buddha

Therefore, if someone thinks that there must be a cause of birth to achieve the form body, then there is no room for argument. Then, the deity yoga of the lower three tantras, and the deity meditation in Anuttarayoga, which also requires going through rebirth to achieve Buddhahood, will they become like a king, a cause that is in accordance with the form body? These are also because they are accustomed to it in this life, and eventually, when the form body is achieved in another life, it will become a cause of the same kind, but not the ripening cause of taking birth in the form body. Therefore, after clearly understanding the above-mentioned necessities, one must be convinced that the practice of deity yoga is indispensable, as the first chapter of Vajra Dakini says: "The self is all Buddhas, All heroes are also that, By the union of one's own deity, The self should be well accomplished. By this all Buddhas, All heroes and those, In all Vajra holders, Achievement will be in this life." "United with all Dakinis, Vajra Dakini is supreme bliss, Vajrasattva Tathagata, Said by the auspicious Bhagavan." And: "This union of hand seals, Can devour all three realms, If combined elsewhere, Incomplete, like a lamp running out of oil." Its commentary says: This refers to the emptiness mudra just mentioned. The one who is combined with the mundane mudras such as hands and face is called so. What should the yogi do? "Can devour all three realms," meaning that one should transform the ordinary form of body and so on. In order to show that enlightenment cannot be achieved by emptiness meditation alone, therefore it says "If elsewhere" and so on. "If elsewhere" refers to emptiness alone. "Incomplete combination" refers to transcending appearance. "Exhausted" refers to entering Nirvana without any meaning. Just like a lamp, the light of the lamp appears and burns in the sky by the light of the lamp oil, and when the lamp oil is exhausted, the light also goes out.
