The eighth chapter is said as such. Regarding making various colored banners, necklaces, and half-necklaces on the horse throne, it means that in the curved part, the necklaces and so on are pearl strings and so on emerging from the mouth of the crocodile above, which should be decorated as much as possible, and the meaning of the string is a garland. Half of the small part in the curved part is for depicting gems and so on. Tibetan lamas believe that a jewel that dispels darkness should be placed on black felt. For the eleven-piece felt, some people think that only deer exist and there are no arrow shafts. To this, Nagarjuna said, "The vase is on the pillar, three times the door is the horse throne, with directional arrow shafts, the sound of the bell rings truly." After saying this, he refuted it and said, "On the other side of the tails of the male and female deer resting next to the cushion, two arrow shafts were said." Because "direction" is a synonym for two. Direction can refer to birds and waxing and waning moons, and translating it into a bird by Patsab is a translation error. Therefore, the deer do not rest on the arrow shafts, but on the felt of the arrow shafts. On the latter two arrow shafts, a monkey should be made holding an umbrella, with a crescent moon and a gem, and a gem handle with a vajra tip, with three small parts, and a cover with silk streamers, two small white umbrellas. In some places, it is said that red and silk pendants are hanging. Some people think it is a six-small-part umbrella, and others say, "The handle on it is the measure of peace, and so is the umbrella cover." Two ways are written like this. Quoting from the garland, it says, "One-fourth is a small part, and one-eighth is tranquility." Therefore, one-eighth of the door is called tranquility. On the last two arrow shafts, victory banners and flags of the same size should be made. The horn tip has been explained, and regarding the Dharma wheel, the size is two small parts, which is a ten-spoke Dharma wheel, and its seat cushion lotus moon is on the eleven-piece felt. On the left and right sides of the seat cushion, on the felt of the arrow shafts, the male and female deer are facing the Dharma wheel and are located at a length that is half the size of the Dharma wheel, that is, in one small part, the face connected to the neck is upright and the eyes are rolling.
