Therefore, according to intention, the cloth on which the vajra resides should also be understood in the same way. The nature of the vajra is five-pointed, three-pointed, or any kind of variegated vajra, and it should be written in the same way. The circle between the vajra and the lotus fence, according to our own system, represents the dharmadhatu, and if there is practice of the dharmadhatu, then it is so. However, for some special cases of mandalas such as Chakrasamvara, where there is no practice of the dharmadhatu, it is considered to be included in the dharmadhatu, so the circle is considered to represent the dharmadhatu. There is also another system that considers the circle to be the nature of a vast environment, and these two views are connected. Therefore, although it is not clearly stated what the circle between the fire mountain and the vajra represents, it is obvious that it is regarded as the nature of the environment and belongs to the vajra fence. The tip that touches the circle of the dharmadhatu within the protective wheel of the vajra fence is the petal of the lotus, and the place where the petal resides is the dharmadhatu. The first inner circle is the pattern of the stamen of the lotus, so from stamen to stamen is the round center of the lotus. For the view that regards the line of the stamen as the environment, Nagarjuna says in a verse: "The tip of the horse-descending vajra, outside of it is the environment, the vajra chain is endowed with excellent light." Therefore, the vajra chain itself is explained as the environment, the vajra fence is the environment, and the stamens, petals, and dharmadhatu do not belong to the vajra fence, so it is denied that these are not the environment. Saying that the environment is outside the horn tip of the variegated vajra, if it is thought that those are also nominal environments, then it is good, so it is explained. Furthermore, the scripture says that the environment of the vajra fence is outside the horn tip, so it denies the view that there is no lotus and dharmadhatu, and finally establishes that the variegated vajra resides on the lotus, but saying that there is no lotus and only the variegated vajra is very wrong. Thus it is said, and for the quantified scriptures that do not clearly state the lotus but only say the variegated vajra, the intention is also explained as the view that there is a lotus. Therefore, from the edge of the lotus center to the edge, the horn of the variegated vajra covers from one tip to another. Among them, the central shape of the variegated vajra is square, and the central edge

The extent of the ground's boundary is: twelve great parts, and for this, both methods of thread-rope are the same. Then, the size of the inserted horn (rwa) in length is: according to the ninety-six thread-rope, there are four great parts, and according to the eighty-four, there are two great parts. The assertion that the horn is fourteen small parts is refuted by the Garland Treatise, and it is determined to be the former two. Thus, according to the view of this scholar, if one considers the horn to have two great parts, then the size of the horse-landing (rta babs) gate is one, which is twice the thread-rope size of the mandala of the root mandala alone. If one considers the horn to have four great parts, then the size of the horse-landing gate is three, which is twice the thread-rope size of the root mandala together with its surroundings. Then, from which central point do the various vajra horns insert? Regarding this, according to the statement that the horn gate size is four, the center of the various vajras has twelve gate sizes in each direction, and with four placed on the right and four on the left, the directional horns must emerge from the edge of the four gate sizes in the middle. As the Garland Treatise says: In the ribs of the horse-landing, on the hanging cloth, the various vajra horns that emerge from the mouth of the makara fish, emerge slightly inclined towards the direction, the width of the center having three small parts and the length having sixteen small parts. Here, it is said in the case where the height of the horse-landing is three gate sizes, because there are four gate sizes between the hanging and the hanging cloth. The mouth of the makara fish is the face of all the roots of the horns that emerge from there. Therefore, the outer surface of the directional horn must not exceed the outer line of the hanging cloth, so it is unreasonable to encircle the horn from outside that cloth. In this direction, the reason why the horn must be encircled after moving two gate sizes to the left and right from the center line is: on the line size of sixteen small parts, two small parts are used for the curved part, and after pulling the line, one can know by observing where the two small parts of the top of the central horn are placed outwards, and that is also the inner line of the horn. The outer line of the horn, which emerges from the position where two gate sizes have moved to the left and right from the center line, is the same as the adjacent gate, and must not exceed the outer line of the pillar, and it has not been said to be longer than this horn encircling position. The horns are slightly towards
