Find a stable dwelling place where you can integrate. Then you need to cultivate vipassanā. That is, even if you cultivate vipassanā before you find a dwelling place of the mind, you will not have experience because it is too hasty. Even if you find a dwelling place, if you do not have a definite understanding of selflessness through the power of hearing and discrimination, there is no opportunity to generate pure vipassanā experience. Therefore, once you find a dwelling place, you must integrate experience into view. That is, like this, even if you meditate after determining that external appearances are also without self-nature, you may have experience. However, the key is to first search for the selflessness of the person through the sevenfold reasoning. For such selflessness, you must fully determine with reason. In the state of not finding it, maintain mindfulness and awareness. Once distracted, search again with reason as before, and abide in the state of not finding it. If this observation is too frequent, it will be too distracting and you will not have experience. Therefore, the current key point practitioners, according to their own wishes, let the mind abide without any discrimination. Then, through view, determine that reality has no place to establish terms, merge the two into one, and abide without any thought of how to practice. In this way, apart from the abiding of the mind, it is impossible to generate vipassanā experience. Therefore, it is said that after finding a dwelling place, if you do not do the analytical meditation spoken of from the characteristic vehicle, the view will not generate experience, so you must do analytical meditation. Analytical meditation is also like before, but it is not like some people who just keep thinking continuously. Do not cultivate view without first determining a dwelling place. Therefore, it is said that the current way of abiding and cultivating of great meditators is not at all the essence of the path. These are very similar to our own views, so I mentioned them briefly, hoping to generate strong conviction. In my opinion, the practice and view of the Prasangika do not differ, so it is okay. But for the Svatantrika, I think this way of practice cannot become the essential way of practice at all, so I asked him, and he said that the latter is correct. If the Prasangika also practices like that, it will only become cultivating the abiding of the mind, and for vipassanā, you must do analytical meditation. In short, I think that the reality of things is nothing, and the mind does not grasp anything, and these two are consistent. Moreover, the sutras and tantras also say that nothing is.

It is absolutely unreasonable to mistake the meditation that stops verbal concepts for meditating on the nature of reality, taking as the basis for error the many instances where it is said that meditating is meditating on the nature of reality. Because it is said that not meditating on anything is meditating on the nature of reality, and immeasurable praise is given to this, it refers to the samadhi of the noble ones, where not only verbal concepts but all grasping is purified, and the ultimate truth and wisdom that are non-conceptual become inseparable. Because ordinary beings have no meaning in common with the ultimate truth and wisdom that are non-conceptual becoming one taste. Moreover, since the nature of reality is hidden to ordinary beings, it cannot be made an object merely by meditating on stopping verbal concepts. If non-conceptual thought makes the nature of reality an object, it would be an overt realization. Therefore, the non-conceptual cannot be practiced by the non-conceptual thought of ordinary beings, it belongs to the noble ones. As a method of entering that, by clinging to dependent arising, selflessness, etc., as the nature of reality, and entering through analytical meditation, one will attain non-conceptual wisdom that is one taste with the ultimate truth that is non-conceptual, it is said. Therefore, not only in meditation, but also in establishing with view, if one acts as if one has realized the ultimate truth that is non-conceptual, then who will speak and who will listen? Who can understand? In any case, one must seek the place of understanding of view through conceptual thought. If one does not do this now, where will the understanding of view be? By this example, one can infer immeasurably. Therefore, for the great noble ones of the Prasangika school, in samadhi, all assertions are dissolved, so there is no difference from samadhi. After their post-meditation, dependent arising appears like an image, undeniably, therefore, even the Prasangika of ordinary beings must necessarily accept in their own system that dependent arising without inherent existence is like an image. Even if one accepts this, it will not become a fault for the time being. Because it cannot be denied, one accepts it. As for assertions in front of others, one needs to examine the thoughts of the opponent and rely on the way he makes assertions in order to refute his claims, therefore, for this, one needs to rely on the tenets of the Lokayata school to decide whether to accept or not accept this. That is, by accepting the opposite of what he desires, and making equal comparisons, etc., one will eventually see the harm to his claims, and the established own system is also the same as that.
