It makes a big difference if it is transmitted from India to China, and then relayed from the center (Ü-Tsang region). This is a response to what was said: Approaching with a special method, focusing on renunciation and Bodhicitta, and a teaching method with a definite order. There is also the later submitted petition letter, receiving the instructions of the venerable (Tsongkhapa). In general, for this, there is also a reply to the previous petition letter. If combined with the answer of Master Redawa, it will be more beneficial. From the master's answer, it can be understood that the three dharmas, such as renunciation, are the key points and lifeblood of practice. Moreover, renunciation also exists in the minds of people with three kinds of capacities. Also, the nature of the three dharmas, and how to cultivate them in the mind, the degree of arising, and the way to guide these three in a definite order, and the way one's own four Madhyamaka views arise, etc., if the previous and subsequent petition letters are organized together, it will be more beneficial, so only a catalog is written here. In general, eliminating the extreme of existence with emptiness and eliminating the extreme of non-existence with appearance is common between the Svatantrika and Prasangika schools. The characteristic of the Prasangika school is that it eliminates the extreme of existence with appearance and eliminates the extreme of non-existence with emptiness, and it is necessary to understand how emptiness becomes cause and effect. The dharmas of samsara and nirvana rely on causes to produce effects, and the way they are not deceptive is acknowledged by one's own system. And this itself becomes emptiness that abandons all extremes, etc., there are countless kinds. Moreover, for others, cause and effect are not deceptive, but one's own system does not acknowledge the distinction between deception and non-deception. If one does not examine, one will see that cause and effect are not deceptive, if one examines, because one cannot find this "is", so once one sees cause and effect, one thinks that these two are combined on one basis, thus thinking that dependent origination and emptiness are non-dual, but in reality it is not so, but because one sees the wisdom that relying on cause produces effect without deception, so one does not need to rely on other wisdom, and the emptiness of the disappearance of the target will also arise. Moreover, the reason itself that cause and effect are not deceptive, without relying on other signs, can establish the emptiness that is free from the extreme of existence, etc., therefore, from the depths of one's heart, one is convinced that cause and effect are not deceptive, and from that, the non-attachment of the disappearance of all targets will also arise. In general, although there are many kinds of dharmas, it is certain that what can become the cause of liberation is

Generating Bodhicitta and pure view. Now, not to mention having experience of these three, even having pure understanding is rare. Among them, the understanding of the first two cannot plant the seed of liberation, the latter is powerful and can plant it. The first two are merely understanding, only when the experience of changing the mind towards the path arises can the seed be planted. That is, through intense effort, when the object and aspect are placed in the mind, and the mind is transformed by the power of habituation, the experience of effort arises, and only then can the seed of liberation be planted, but it has not yet reached the beginning of the path. Merely remembering worldly happiness and wealth, and remembering sentient beings, if the experience of making renunciation and Bodhicitta continuous arises, it can only plant small roots of virtue. That is, when seeing the faults of samsara and the benefits of liberation, relying on mindfulness, not giving the mind to appearances, but striving to cut off worldly pursuits, and focusing the mind on the benefits of liberation, after habituating the object and aspect, if the experience of renunciation does not arise, then no matter how much one practices generosity, discipline, patience, diligence, and meditation, they will never become the cause of liberation. Therefore, those who desire liberation should first put aside all so-called profound instructions and contemplate renunciation. Mahayana practitioners, regarding the faults of clinging to self-interest and the benefits of benefiting others, should rely on mindfulness and generate the experience of Bodhicitta each time. If one does not habituate from the object and aspect, then no matter what one does, it will not become the path, because other roots of virtue are controlled by clinging to self-interest and will only become the cause of inferior Bodhi. For example, if one does not habituate the object and aspect of renunciation relying on mindfulness, then all virtuous deeds will be controlled by appearances and become the cause of samsara. Therefore, one should put aside all so-called profound instructions and first make sure to generate the experience of renunciation and Bodhicitta. When these arise, all virtuous deeds will involuntarily become the cause of liberation and omniscience. Therefore, if one thinks that it is not worthwhile to practice these, then one does not understand the key points of the path at all, (Tsongkhapa) said. Like this, first maturing the continuum through these two, and then liberating it, that is, first relying on mindfulness to abide in non-discrimination, so that stable Shamatha arises, in the conduct of walking, standing, sitting, and lying down.
