具德者，稀有水面覆盖您的身，如牛奶之海中央的雪山，莲月之上美丽者，我顶礼您。如纯净水晶、黄金与蓝宝石，如完全清净的光芒般极明亮，中央和左右美好的容颜增长者，妩媚、寂静与忿怒者，我顶礼您。伞的美丽顶端如蓝宝石，极增长的顶上有发髻，如无垢虚空中弯曲的彩虹，高而蓝的妙目被长睫毛所美化，形状美好的鼻梁令人欢喜，美唇的容颜见而悦意，柔软美好的耳孔垂挂着珍宝，以奇妙的姿态摄持心意者，我敬礼您。如星串闪耀的光芒般极明亮，珍贵的项链紧紧环绕颈项，以持有乳汁的丰满双乳，如鹅在广阔的胸前莲花湖中，珍宝严饰的柔软妙手，如莲藕般洁白之四手，第一手持金刚期克印和绳索，第二手持无量光和施无畏印，第三手持弓箭，第四双手中，手持胜施宝瓶，赐予众生，无死寿命之吉祥天女，无量寿者，我顶礼您。如意湖边的莲花茎般，正直而摇曳的腰肢明显者，如彩虹帐篷覆盖的水晶佛塔，无垢妙身以光辉的衣饰庄严，以无退转之跏趺坐安住，十六妙龄之吉祥母，以无异之种种幻化而游舞，于众生之如意入处，我顶礼您。手持白拂尘的佛子，手持莲花金刚者二者，于左右而面向您的身，恒时专注而视亦不厌足。宝剑、铁钩、杖和金刚在右方，左方则持调伏不驯之期克印，不动自在青杖大力者，于您的四方安住而摧毁魔军。降下无死甘露雨流的，清净处之天子二者，从上方以珍宝宝瓶，明显地降下清净水流。

Possessing excellence, your form is covered with rare waters, like a snow mountain in the center of the ocean of milk, beautiful one on the lotus moon, I prostrate to you. Like pure crystal, gold, and sapphire, like the light of complete purity, extremely bright, the beautiful faces in the center and on the right and left increasing, graceful, peaceful, and wrathful one, I prostrate to you. The beautiful top of the umbrella is like a sapphire, the greatly increasing head has a topknot of hair, like a rainbow curving in the stainless sky, the high and blue excellent eyes are adorned with long eyelashes, the well-shaped nose is pleasing to the mind, the beautiful lips and face are pleasing to behold, precious jewels hang from the soft and excellent ear holes, captivating the mind with wonderful gestures, I pay homage to you. Like the radiance of a string of stars, extremely bright, a precious necklace tightly encircles the neck, with a pair of full breasts holding milk, like a goose in a lotus lake on a wide chest, soft and gentle hands adorned with precious jewels, like four white lotus roots, the first holds a vajra threatening mudra and a rope, the second holds Amitabha and the fearless giving mudra, the third holds a bow and arrow, and in the fourth pair of hands, holding a vase of supreme giving, bestowing the glory of immortal life upon beings, immeasurable life, I prostrate to you. Like a lotus stalk on the shore of a wish-fulfilling lake, one with a straight and swaying waist that is clear, like a crystal stupa covered with a rainbow tent, the stainless and beautiful body is adorned with radiant garments, abiding well in an unshakeable vajra posture, the mother of the conquerors, possessing the glory of sixteen years, playing in various ways with different manifestations, I prostrate to you, the wish-fulfilling entrance for beings. The son of the conquerors holding a white yak tail fan, the two holding a lotus and a vajra, from the right and left facing your form, constantly gazing intently, never tiring. A sword, an iron hook, a staff, and a vajra on the right, and on the left, a threatening mudra subduing the unruly, the unmoving, sovereign, blue staff, great power, abiding in your four directions, destroying the armies of obstacles. The two sons of the gods in the pure realm, pouring down a stream of immortal nectar rain, from above with precious vases, manifestly pouring down a stream of pure water.

勤勉啊！所有應知的完全顯現， 無邊眾生恆常不斷地慈愛， 從火、武器、毒等一切怖畏中救護， 人與天之引導者，我向您敬禮。 對於一切所知，斬斷愚昧的羅網， 對於一切有情，具有平等的心， 於一切時處，給予利益與安樂， 向一切世間的救護者頂禮。 名為「極堅固」的天子， 僅僅持誦您的陀羅尼咒六日， 便從大怖畏中完全解脫， 獲得殊勝的壽命，惡趣清淨。 如今我以一心一意向您， 恆常皈依，並以禪定， 念誦供養度過時光， 為何不滿我的願望，世尊母？ 如慈母對待心愛的孩子一般， 心中您想著，具信心的孩子， 即使再三呼喚也不攝受， 我如何衡量您是慈愛的寶藏？ 您知曉一切眾生的想法， 往昔也曾為他們的利益發心， 對於如何調伏的方法極為擅長， 具有消除輪涅衰敗的能力。 因此恆常受持清淨的轉生， 與佛相遇，成為佛子種姓， 智慧敏銳，憶念前世，語言端正， 具有正念，往生極樂世界。 獲得無量壽命，沒有鬼神之害， 脫離八種非時死和疾病， 成為一切應供養者，戰勝敵人， 寶劍明咒，虛空行走等等。 如修行者所祈請一般， 諸佛所說陀羅尼的利益， 願以慈悲所感聖母的恩德， 圓滿心中一切願望。 受持陀羅尼之神王， 以及為了受持而跟隨者， 承諾恆常守護， 閻魔法王也， 不看末世眾生的習性， 請憶念在諸佛面前的誓言， 所有陀羅尼的利益， 願迅速顯現的事業。 如是，成為眾生救護者的至尊母， 從少許讚頌所生的善根， 願我迅速獲得聖母的殊勝果位， 成為弱小有情眾生的怙主。

All knowable things are completely manifested, Boundless beings are constantly and lovingly cared for, Protecting from all fears such as fire, weapons, and poison, Homage to you, the guide of humans and gods. For all that is knowable, cut the net of ignorance, For all sentient beings, possess an equal mind, At all times and places, giving benefit and happiness, I prostrate to the protector of all worlds. The son of the gods named "Extremely Firm," Even by reciting your Dharani mantra for six days, Was completely liberated from great fear, Obtained supreme life, and purified the lower realms. Now, with a single-pointed mind, I turn to you, Constantly taking refuge, and with meditation, Recitation, and offerings, passing the time, Why do you not fulfill my wishes, Blessed Mother? Like a loving mother to a beloved child, In your heart, you think of the faithful child, Even if called upon again and again, you do not embrace, How can I measure that you are a treasure of love? You know the thoughts of all beings, In the past, you also generated the mind for their benefit, You are extremely skilled in the methods of taming, You possess the power to eliminate the decline of samsara and nirvana. Therefore, constantly take pure rebirths, Meet the Buddhas, and become a Buddha-son lineage, Sharp intellect, remembering past lives, and upright speech, Possessing mindfulness, and being born in Sukhavati (Pure Land). Obtaining immeasurable life, without harm from spirits, Freed from eight untimely deaths and diseases, Becoming worthy of offering to all, victorious over enemies, Sword Vidyadhara, walking in the sky, and so on. All the benefits of the Dharani spoken by the Buddhas, As the practitioner prays, May the grace of the Holy Mother, moved by compassion, Completely fulfill all wishes in my heart. The divine power entrusted to the supreme Dharani, And those who follow for the sake of upholding it, Promising to always protect, The Dharma King, Great Yama also, Not looking at the nature of beings in the degenerate age, Please remember the vows made before the Buddhas, All the benefits of the Dharani, May the activities of swift manifestation be accomplished. Thus, O Venerable Mother, who has become the protector of beings, By the virtue arising from a small praise, May I quickly attain the supreme state of the Holy Mother, And become the protector of all vulnerable beings.
