Sa. The well-developed prince, the protector of beings, I pray to the ornament of the heads of beings. Possessing the mind that knows the profound as it is, Because you create for beings as you see, You are not tired of accomplishing the benefit of others, I prostrate to you, the leader of beings. With love, you make no opportunity for anger, With affection, you only focus on the benefit of others, Just by relying on you, virtue naturally increases. I pray to you, the accumulation of qualities. I pray to you, the mighty one, May I never be separated from you in all my lifetimes, And may I please you with unwavering faith, And may I be taken care of by the profound teachings. The lord of secrets, the glorious lama, When held with affection, all the qualities of the lama, May I see them well and with great faith, May I be free from doubt and accomplish as you say. In short, the meaning of my desire, May everything be accomplished as I wish, And may all unwanted things be pacified, May I be held inseparable by the holy spiritual friend. With faith in you, the excellent field of merit, in order to create auspicious merit, to the countless beings to be tamed who have come near, I prostrate to you who make every connection meaningful! A supremely beautiful body created by a hundred collections of goodness, speech that pleases the ears, a pure mind that is the essence of wisdom and compassion, I prostrate to you, the heap of qualities! In the past, with countless inconceivable meritorious deeds, with the many fruits of excellent conduct, shining forth as superior to others, I prostrate to you, the supreme merit! The most excellent of wealthy and faithful ones, having become an ocean where rivers of wealth gather, with the great generosity of abandoning miserliness, I prostrate to you who always rejoice in giving! The noble wealth of pure morality that restrains all misdeeds, the basis of all sacred joy and happiness, the precious training that alleviates the suffering of afflictions, I prostrate to you who cherish it with respect! Even though unruly beings commit harmful actions, you abandon resentment and are exceedingly loving, unmoved by the actions of misguided beings, I prostrate to you who wear the armor of patience! In order to gather the goodness of the ocean of the two accumulations, abandoning inferior laziness, day and night, greatly wearing the armor of manifest division, I prostrate to you who possess excellent diligence! Destroying the hosts of demons of distraction, greatly subduing and increasing joy and happiness, bestowing the splendor of taming the mind, concentration, I prostrate to you who rejoice in supreme meditation! The supreme eye that sees the very nature of what to adopt and abandon, the life of the path that leads embodied beings to liberation, the great medicine that destroys the darkness of ignorance, I prostrate to you, great wisdom! By the power of many wonderful auspicious virtues, the virtues of beings are born sacred, I pray that you, the protector, remain long as the guide of limitless beings to be tamed! Thus, the qualities of the supreme guru are briefly mentioned, by whatever merit is accumulated by this, may all helpless sentient beings always find a good spiritual friend!
