་རྣག་ཁྲག་ཉིད་དུ་མཐོང༌། །ཁ་ནི་ཁབ་ཀྱི་མིག་ཙམ་ལྦ་བས་མགྲིན་འགགས་ཟས་སྐོམ་རྙེད་ཀྱང་སྤྱོད་མི་ནུས། །ཟོས་ཤིང་འཐུང་རྣམས་འབར་ནས་ཚིག་ཅིང་བཤང་གཅིས་འཚོ་ལ་རང་ཤ་བཅད་དེ་ཟ། །རྨོངས་པའི་མུན་ཆན་འཐིབས་པས་ལམ་དང་ལམ་མིན་འབྱེད་ལ་བློ་ཡི་ནུས་པ་བྲལ། །གཅིག་ལ་གཅིག་གསོད་ལྷ་མིའི་གཞན་དབང་གྱུར་པས་བརྡེག་དང་བཀོལ་བའི་སྔུག་བསྔལ་འབབ། །ལྷ་རྣམས་དཔལ་ལ་འཁྲུག་པའི་ཕྲག་དོག་མེ་ཆེན་འབར་བས་ཡིད་བདེའི་གོ་སྐབས་བཅོམ། །འཐབ་རྩོད་ལས་བྱུང་ལུས་བཅད་བྲལ་ཅིང་གཡོ་སྒྱུས་བསླད་པས་བདེན་མཐོང་སྐལ་བ་མེད། །དེ་ལྟར་མཐོང་བ་ལྟ་ཞོག་ཐོས་ན་ཡང༌། །སྙིང་ལ་འཇིགས་བསྐྱེད་སྐྱི་ནི་གཡའ་བ་ཡི། །དམྱལ་བ་ཡི་དྭགས་དུད་འགྲོ་ལྷ་མིན་གྱི། །གཡང་ས་ཆེན་པོ་དག་ཏུ་ལྟུང་འགྱུར་བའི། །དམ་པས་སྨད་པའི་མི་བཟད་སྡིག་པའི་ལས། །ཐོག་མེད་དུས་ནས་བསགས་ཤིང་གསོག་འགྱུར་བ། །གཡང་ས་ཆེན་པོར་མངོན་ཕྱོགས་ཉམ་ཐག་བདག །ངན་འགྲོའི་འཇིགས་ལས་སྒྲོལ་བའི་དུས་ལ་བབ། །མི་ཡི་གནས་ནའང་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དབང་ཕྱུག་གིས། །མངོན་པར་མཐོ་ན་ཉམས་ཀྱི་དོགས་པ་དང༌། །མཐོ་རིས་ཡོན་ཏན་འབྱོར་པས་ཕོངས་པ་ན། །འདོད་བདེ་འཚོལ་བར་འགྱུར་བས་ཤ་ཐང་ངོ༌། །བདེ་བར་འདོད་ནས་དེ་ཡི་ཐབས་སྒྲུབ་པས། །བདེ་བ་ཐོབ་པ་དེ་ལས་ཆེས་ལྷག་པའི། །ལུས་ ཀྱི་སྔུག་བསྔལ་སེམས་ཀྱི་ཡིད་མི་བདེ། །རྣམ་པ་དུ་མས་ཀུན་ནས་མནར་བར་འགྱུར། །ལུས་མཛེས་རིན་ཆེན་རྒྱན་གྱིས་རབ་བརྒྱན་ནས། ཁང་བཟང་དགའ་བའི་ཚལ་དུ་གནས་བཅས་ཤིང༌། །ཡུན་རིང་འདོད་པའི་བདེ་ལ་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་པ། །མཐོ་རིས་དཔལ་ལ་རོལ་པའི་ལྷ་རྣམས་ཀྱང༌། །མི་འདོད་འཆི་བའི་ལྟས་ཀྱིས་ཟིན་པ་ན། །ཡིད་འཕྲོག་སྙིང་ལ་གཅགས་པར་གྱུར་པ་ཡི། །ལྷ་ཡི་མཛེས་མ་ཡིད་འོང་སྐྱེད་མོས་ཚལ། །བདུད་རྩི་ཁ་ཟས་གོས་བཟང་མཛེས་པའི་རྒྱན། །ལྷ་བུ་གཞོན་ནུ་རྣམས་དང་མྱུར་དུ་བདག །མི་འདོད་བཞིན་དུ་འབྲལ་བར་མཐོང་བའི་ཚེ། །གནས་དེར་སྐྱེས་པའི་ལུས་ཀྱི་བདེ་བ་ལས། །ཆེས་ཆེར་ལྷག་པའི་ཡིད་ཀྱི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་གྱིས། །བསྐྱེད་པའི་མྱ་ངན་མེ་ལྕེ་འབར་བས་བསྲེག །ཚེ་རབས་མང་པོར་ལེགས་པར་སྤྱད་པའི་ལས། །འབད་པས་བསྒྲུབས་པའི་འབྲས་བུ་སྤྱད་པས་ཟད། །བག་མེད་དབང་གིས་ངན་འགྲོའི་རྒྱུ་བསྒྲུབས་པས། །སླར་ཡང་ངན་སོང་གནས་སུ་ལྟུང་བར་འགྱུར། །འདོད་ལ་འདུན་པའི་རྣམ་རྟོག་གནོད་སེམས་མེད། །གཉིད་དང་ཡིད་ལ་གདུང་བའི་སྤྱོད་པ་སྤང༌། །ལུས་དང་སེམས་ལ་གནོད་པའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་བྲལ། །ཏིང་འཛིན་སྟོབས

唯见脓血充斥间。口如针眼细小，因生肉瘤阻塞咽喉，虽得饮食亦难用。食饮之物燃炽烧灼，唯以粪尿为生，甚至割食自身之肉。愚昧昏暗笼罩，辨别正道与非道，丧失心智之能力。互相残杀，受制于天神与人类，遭受殴打与役使之苦。诸天因财富而争斗，嫉妒之火熊熊燃烧，摧毁内心安乐之机会。由争斗而生，身体被切割分离，又为欺骗所蒙蔽，无缘得见真理。如是景象，莫说亲见，纵然听闻。 亦令内心惊恐，毛骨悚然。地狱、饿鬼、畜生、非天之。 巨大悬崖峭壁之上，即将坠落。 为圣者所呵责，不堪忍受之罪业。 自无始以来积聚，并将继续积聚。 于巨大悬崖峭壁之上，显现可怜之我。 从恶趣之怖畏中解脱之时已至。 纵然身处人间，亦为享乐与权势所。 显赫一时，却有衰败之忧。 纵然天界功德圆满，财富丰饶， 亦会因寻求欲乐而徒劳无功。 欲求安乐，而寻求其方法， 所得之安乐，远不及因此而生之。 身体之痛苦，内心之不悦。 以多种方式，无时无刻不在折磨。 身体美妙，以珍宝饰品庄严。 安住于华丽宫殿，欢喜园林。 长久享受欲乐之安乐。 纵然是享受天界荣华之诸天。 亦为不欲之死亡征兆所控制。 内心爱恋，深切执着之。 天女美貌，心仪游乐园。 甘露美食，华美衣裳，精美饰品。 以及年轻天子们，迅速地，我。 眼见不愿舍离之境。 于彼处所生之身体安乐之上。 更有甚者，乃由内心痛苦所。 生起之悲伤，以燃烧之火焰焚烧。 多生累世积善所。 努力成就之果报，亦会因享用而耗尽。 因放逸而造作恶趣之因。 终将再次堕入恶道之中。 无有贪恋欲望之念头，亦无害人之心。 摒弃睡眠以及内心痛苦之行为。 远离身心之痛苦。 禅定之力

One sees only pus and blood. The mouth is as small as the eye of a needle, the throat blocked by tumors, unable to consume even if food and drink are found. What is eaten and drunk burns and scorches, living on excrement and urine, even cutting off and eating one's own flesh. The darkness of ignorance is dense, lacking the mental capacity to distinguish between the path and the non-path. Killing each other, controlled by gods and humans, suffering the pain of beatings and servitude descends. The gods fight over wealth, the great fire of jealousy burns, destroying the opportunity for inner peace. Even in the human realm, enjoyment is dominated by power. If you are prominent, there is a fear of decline. Even if the merits of the heavens are complete and wealth is abundant, It will be in vain to seek sensual pleasure. Desiring happiness, and seeking its method, The happiness obtained is far greater than that which arises from it. The suffering of the body, the unhappiness of the mind. In many ways, tormented at all times. The body is beautiful, adorned with precious ornaments. Residing in a magnificent palace, a joyful garden. Enjoying the pleasure of sensual pleasure for a long time. Even the gods who enjoy the glory of the heavens. Are also controlled by the omens of unwanted death. The heart is loved and deeply attached. The beauty of the heavenly woman, the desired amusement park. The nectar of delicious food, gorgeous clothes, exquisite ornaments. And the young heavenly sons, quickly, I. Seeing the scene of unwilling separation. Above the physical pleasure born in that place. Even more so, it is the sorrow caused by inner pain. The grief that arises is burned by the burning flames. For many lifetimes, the good deeds accumulated. The fruits of hard work will also be exhausted by enjoyment. Causing the cause of bad migrations due to carelessness. Will eventually fall into the evil path again. There is no thought of greed for desire, nor is there any intention to harm others.
