愿无有。 愿一切时，不为恶友与魔所惑， 追随善知识，圆满菩提行。 见寂静之功德，舍弃一切散乱， 恒常具正念，以实修为心要。 对于世间八法，心得平等性， 恒常无杂染，以佛法之喜乐为生。 值遇佛法衰败之时， 见佛法乃一切众生利乐之根源， 守护胜者之法。 心为大悲所动， 心想当如何令诸有情， 获得解脱， 不离此念。 如实获得了知诸佛功德之信， 以报恩心，圆满彼等之意愿。 身心分离之时， 愿无有断命之痛苦， 愿见胜者怙主无量光（阿弥陀佛）， 及其眷属。 之后于极乐世界， 甫生即于众眷属中， 从无量寿佛处， 获得菩提之授记。 愿刹那间功德聚， 无量显现， 于无数刹土中， 圆满诸佛子之广大行。 诸佛菩萨海之， 真谛与吾等之， 不动意乐力， 愿此祈愿顺利成就。 此乃多闻者嘉喀巴•洛桑扎巴所造。 祈请十方安住之诸佛菩萨垂念已逝者之名讳。 以已逝者之名义，从无始以来，布施、持戒、禅修所生之善根，自己所作、劝他所作、随喜他人所作之善根，以及为了他而作，与其有关联者，供养上师三宝， 供养僧众， 布施贫困， 持诵陀罗尼咒语， 宣讲佛经， 引入坛城并灌顶等。

May there be none. May I never be deceived by evil friends and demons at all times, and by following good spiritual friends, may I perfect the practice of enlightenment. By seeing the virtues of solitude, may I abandon all distractions, and by always being mindful, may I make practice the essence. Regarding the eight worldly concerns, may I attain equanimity of mind, and may I always live with the joy and happiness of the Dharma, free from confusion. When the Buddha's teachings are near destruction, may I see the teachings as the root of benefit and happiness for all beings, and may I uphold the victorious Dharma. May my mind be moved by great compassion, and with the thought of how to liberate all sentient beings, may I never be separated from this thought. May I gain the faith of knowing the qualities of the Buddhas as they are, and with the mind of repaying kindness, may I fulfill their intentions completely. When body and mind separate, may there be no pain of cutting off life, and may I see the victorious lord Amitabha, along with his retinue. Then, in Sukhavati (the Pure Land of Bliss), as soon as I am born, in the midst of the assembly, may I receive the prophecy of enlightenment from Amitayus (the Buddha of Limitless Life). May a multitude of immeasurable qualities manifest instantly, and in countless realms, may I perfect the vast conduct of the Bodhisattvas. By the truth of the ocean of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and by the power of our unwavering intention, may this aspiration be easily fulfilled. This was composed by the greatly learned Gyalkam Lobsang Drakpa. All the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas abiding in the ten directions, please consider the deceased by this name. In the name of the deceased, from beginningless time, the roots of virtue arising from generosity, discipline, and meditation, the roots of virtue done by oneself, caused to be done by others, and rejoiced in by others, and also those done for him, and those related to him, offering to the Guru and the Three Jewels, offering to the Sangha, giving to the poor, reciting dharani mantras, proclaiming the scriptures, introducing into the mandala and bestowing empowerments, etc.

May all the roots of virtue from purifying sins, etc., those that have passed, if due to the power of karma, one is born in any of the six realms, or will be born, may all these roots of virtue follow and pursue him. Having followed and entered, may he be liberated from all the sufferings of each of the six realms, and quickly attain perfect enlightenment. Say this three times. In all lifetimes before that is attained, may one obtain a fully endowed human body with leisure. May one possess the seven qualities of the heavens. May one possess the seven riches of the noble ones. May one never be separated from seeing the Buddha in all circumstances. May one never be separated from hearing the sacred Dharma. May one never be separated from serving the noble Sangha. Thus it is said. O Buddhas and Bodhisattvas residing in the ten directions, please listen. Please consider the being named so-and-so. So-and-so, from beginningless time, the virtue arising from generosity, ethics, and meditation, and all the roots of virtue from encouraging others to do good, and rejoicing in others' doing good, relying on the power of combining all these roots of virtue, may so-and-so quickly attain the precious state of unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment for the benefit of all sentient beings equal to space. Say this three times. In all lifetimes before that is attained, may one be the most excellent among those of noble birth and beautiful form. May one be the most excellent among those who are long-lived and healthy. May one be the most excellent among those who are wealthy and powerful. May one be the most excellent among those who are wise and have great faith. May one be the most excellent among those who are learned and uphold ethics. May one be the most excellent among those who delight in giving, and are ashamed and conscientious. May their pure enlightened activities spread and grow in all directions! May all the Sangha's practice of the ten virtues increase and expand more and more! Through their compassion and blessings, may all the obstacles, internal and external, of all the patrons and their retinues be completely pacified! May all favorable conditions, such as life, glory, wealth, and power, increase and expand more and more like the waxing moon! To eliminate these obstacles and accomplish favorable conditions, may the oath-bound protectors who in the past saw the Buddha, heard the Dharma, relied on the Sangha, and vowed to protect the Dharma and the fourfold assembly, help without a moment's delay! Furthermore, through the power of this root of virtue, may all sentient beings equal to space experience great happiness and well-being! May the years and livestock in all realms of the world always be good! May rain fall in due season! May all diseases of humans and livestock be completely eradicated! May the disturbances of the times and the calamities of weapons be completely pacified! May all the evil thoughts and actions of cruel sentient beings be completely pacified! May all sentient beings abide in love for each other like parents! May all sentient beings be completely liberated from the bonds of Mara! May all sentient beings be content with their own possessions, enjoyments, and power! May all sentient beings have happiness! May all the bad migrations always be empty! Wherever bodhisattvas reside, may all their wishes be fulfilled! Whether seeing, hearing, remembering, touching, or talking, may it always bring happiness for the benefit of beings in every way, even by merely mentioning it! Here, by the truth of the Victorious One who conquers enemies, by the truth of speaking what is utterly true and without falsehood, may there be auspicious well-being today!
