So. That is one cubit long. If the monastic skirt can cover three circles, then there is no expectation of its supplementation, and if the supplementation and addition are sufficient, reaching the limit, then it is reasonable to become a ten-day garment. When expecting the other two garments, even if it exceeds three circles, if it is not enough for one's own limit, why is it not allowed there? If within a month, one finds enough for one's own limit, it is indeed not allowed to put more than that. If one cannot find it, why can't one put more than that? Generally speaking, clothes that cannot cover three circles and are longer than one cubit have not been blessed. If one holds it without dedicating it to others, it must be discarded after ten days. For a monk like the one mentioned earlier, that garment does not belong to the category of ten-day garments, and holding it would cause a downfall because the time limit has passed, so it is permissible to keep it until the end of thirty days. Because one permissible situation has arisen, from the perspective of the basis, it differs from the ten-day garment in terms of the time of holding. In that case, it would be good to find it within a month. If one cannot find it, it does not mean that one cannot hold the placed garment cushion, but because it prevents holding after performing blessings, etc., on what has not been found. Therefore, it is permissible to hold it after blessing it without it becoming a garment. Similarly, for the two upper garments, if they have not reached their own size and cover three circles, it is permissible to place them with expectation, and it does not prevent it. Placing expectation without blessing, for a garment of that size, expectation will not arise. If one holds a garment of that size with expectation, one must bless it and then place it. The colors are blue, yellow, red, and those made from their differences. "Etc." includes woolen and cotton garments. For those, supplementation, etc., are not allowed. Holding this together, one can add the limb of intention. Wanting to hold garments beyond ten and thirty days, it seems that one does not need the limb of continuous intention. Because holding such an intention aimlessly, or even speaking it, would lead to a downfall. Therefore, one wonders if one also does not need the limb of application that enters the realm of intention. It seems that the limbs of thought and action are not needed for separation, which needs to be examined. So, for the two situations of holding and placing, if one discards it once and then returns to the original state, will it still be discarded? Because the sutra says that every household will fall, Punyasha

Śrīḥ. Regarding the explanation of lying down especially to the west, it seems reasonable to say that "it changes according to its reason." If that is the case, then holding a begging bowl and abandoning due to accumulation also have the same reasoning. If a supplement similar to "mouth etc." is found, then it should be restored to its original state. When should it be restored to its original state? On the first day of finding the supplement in whichever of the three ten-day periods is the ten-day period. The meaning of restoring to its original state is: even if the two garments exist separately, they should be sewn together. After sewing, if it can cover the three wheels, then it becomes a ten-day period; if it cannot cover, then similar to before, it should be placed in a month. Here, due to the influence of the previous one, the later one itself is the restoration of the previous one. That is to say, if the previous one has become a category of placing for a month, then the later one also becomes that category. In the commentary, the former of the two explained as "restoring" refers to the vows. It should not be regarded as a change of category or belonging to the previous category, because it is said that when restoring to its original state, it should be checked whether it can cover the three wheels. The latter refers to what was shown earlier. These two show that the category changes and influence also arises, and that the category does not change and two situations arise: if it covers the three wheels, then the category changes to a ten-day period, and because the later one also produces the influence of the previous one. If both are categories of placing for a month, then the category does not change, but in a separate case, the influence of the previous one arises. The situation where the category does not change and influence also does not arise is: "mouth etc." where the supplement has not been found and hope has not been cut off. The situation where the category changes and influence does not arise is: the supplement has not been found and hope for "mouth etc." has been cut off. If this "mouth etc." is placed on the first day, and the supplement is found on the eleventh, if blessings etc. are not performed in the second ten-day period, then it is said that a transgression will be committed when the dawn of the twenty-first rises. Therefore, the influence of the first ten-day period will affect the second, and the influence of the second cannot affect the third. Some say that the supplement is found on the twenty-fifth, and abandonment occurs when thirty days have passed after covering the three wheels, that is not a ten-day period, otherwise it would also lead to problems with the middle ten-day period. The so-called "middle" refers to whether it has been used or not used for four months. For blue etc. that will be abandoned, if it is sewn into something like felt, if ten days pass after the sewing touches but is not sewn, it is said to be abandoned, which clearly shows that there is no blessing. However
