于嗡声咒语中圆满的境界，将声音词语的积聚分散放下吧！于念头分别法身的游戏中，解脱执心圆满次第的结。于觉性空性离戏赤裸的境界，将生灭计算放下吧！于轮回涅槃圆满觉性中，光明放出收回是分别的法。于唯一广大空性之中，将放舍执取放下吧！于神鬼是心的幻化中，没有好坏取舍二元对立。于空性觉性大双运的境界中，将执着目标于自性中放下吧！于疾病遮蔽的柴薪上，不要堆积痛苦的分别念。于病者无所缘根本断绝的境界中，将实执摧毁于空性中放下吧！如是末世的瑜伽士，于邬金金刚岩洞中，精进修持甚深之时，成就内外秘密三者，从缘起聚合的显现中，错乱迷茫如梦的尘埃消散，怨恨与生俱生的相似显现，以肺结核的誓言束缚，脓血的信心不知穷尽，突然被瘟疫的 疾病所侵袭，痰涎鼻涕直流，某个时候，当诸元素扰乱之时，心中显现而书写成文字，于离念觉性的自性中，疾病痛苦连名字也没有。因此，当证悟圆满时，不会被障碍违缘所动摇，当修行到达尽头时，愿三界所有众生，都能以唯一的自性获得解脱！如是，疾病于空性中平等，证悟了法性义之普贤王如来的自性面容。那时，出现了这三十个口诀。总的来说，对所有藏族人民恩重如山，特别是对于我这个乞丐的至尊怙主，至尊桑结昆都（一切佛陀的化身）邬金仁波切，从心底深处祈祷。孩子啊，于原始清净离戏的虚空中，没有颜色形状的描绘，如樟脑丸般消融于空性中，愿我执连根斩断！孩子啊，不要执着于华丽的辞藻，于无垠边地的森林中，不要思念茶酒享乐，如鱼般将觉性赤裸安住！孩子啊，这种塔那嘎纳的行为，不会在平凡的道路上成功，如孤儿流浪于边地般，于快乐死亡安乐生存的状态中安住！孩子啊，以像巴桑一样的利他心，愿利益所有他人。

In the state of being complete in the sound and mantra, let go of the accumulation and dispersion of sounds and words! In the play of the Dharmakaya of memory and thought, untie the knots of the mind's grasping and the completion stage. In the state of naked awareness, emptiness, and freedom from elaboration, let go of calculating birth and death! In the perfection of Samsara and Nirvana in awareness, the radiating and gathering of light is a Dharma of conceptualization. In the state of the vast expanse of the one taste, let go of holding and grasping! In the magical manifestations of gods and demons of the mind, there is no duality of good and bad, acceptance and rejection. In the state of the great union of emptiness and awareness, let go of focusing on the target in its own place! On the firewood that obscures disease, do not accumulate various thoughts of suffering. In the state of the sick person's aimlessness and rootlessness, let go of destroying the clinging to truth in emptiness! Thus, the yogi of the end times, in the cave of Orgyen Vajra, when diligently practicing profound accomplishment, the three secrets of inner and outer accomplishment, from the manifestation of interdependent aggregation, the dust of delusion and dreamlike confusion dissipates, resentment and innate similarities appear, bound by the oath of pulmonary tuberculosis, the faith of pus and blood is inexhaustible, suddenly afflicted by the disease of plague, with a constant flow of phlegm and nasal mucus, at a time when the elements are disturbed, what arises in the mind is written down, in the nature of non-conceptual awareness, there is not even the name of disease and suffering. Therefore, when realization is perfected, one will not be shaken by obstacles and adverse conditions, and when practice reaches its end, may all sentient beings in the three realms be liberated by the one self! Thus, disease is equalized in emptiness, realizing the self-face of Samantabhadra, the meaning of Dharmata. At that time, these thirty oral instructions appeared. In general, the kindness is great to all the Tibetan people, especially to the supreme protector of this beggar, the supreme Sangye Kundu (embodiment of all Buddhas) Orgyen Rinpoche, I pray from the depths of my heart. Child, in the original pure, non-elaborate space, there is no depiction of color or shape, like camphor dissolving into emptiness, may the clinging to self be cut off at the root! Child, do not cling to ornate words, in the forest of the boundless edge, do not think of tea, wine, and enjoyment, like a fish, rest awareness naked! Child, this practice of Tana Ghana will not succeed on the ordinary path, like an orphan wandering in a remote area, rest in the state of happy death and comfortable life! Child, with the altruistic intention like Pasang, may it benefit all others.
