The sound of "gyi" clings to the heart, the touch of cold pierces the heart. It is not the invasion of a great wind, but because the warm energy within is insufficient. Practice tummo, practitioners! In the uninhabited cave, it feels like experiences are fading and the mind is darkening. If the mind is not liberated from the shadows of afflictions, it will not be able to escape the shadows of external appearances. It is not that the cave is dirty, but that the mind is oppressed by the shadows of the base consciousness. Speak of the essence of mind, practitioners! In order to be born in the city of the four bodies (Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, Nirmanakaya, Svabhavikakaya), one needs the heart essence that can sustain the body and life energy. If the mind becomes attached to the joys and sorrows of external appearances, even if one thinks one is practicing, it only increases suffering. Bravely accept difficulties, practitioners! If one cannot tolerate the arrogance of external worldly people and the actions of internal companions, even if they are slightly displeasing, then the high-sounding words are just empty talk. Cultivate patience in the heart, practitioners! After saying this, all appearances changed. The superior ones abandon noise and worldliness, and vow to escape to the Dharma, regarding this life as practice. The middling ones provide service for three years of practice, and even the inferior ones accumulate a hundred thousand preliminaries, and from one hundred thousand to one million Guru Yogas. They themselves also begin to practice, and its auspicious connections and characteristics are no different from others. From this time on, they naturally no longer cling to elaborate virtuous deeds. The body posture is also kept comfortable, in order to eliminate the lax thoughts of others. Homage to the eight great vidyadharas of India, and all the accomplished masters of Dzogchen. With this view like an arrow in the sky, cut through the net of doubt. This is the effortless, spontaneous view of Ati. Do not confuse it with nihilistic views. With this spontaneously arising meditation, overwhelm artificial practice. This is the view of spontaneously accomplished Dzogchen. Do not confuse it with the effort of oppressing suffering. With this unattached, naturally liberated conduct, overwhelm adversity and suffering and happiness. This is the view of overwhelming the three realms. Do not confuse it with doing good and evil. With this result that possesses six special qualities,
