What needs to be done is to never cease taking this body that continuously transmigrates in the six realms of existence in every way. There is not a single being who has not been each other's parents, enemies, and relatives. Because of this, we have benefited parents and relatives, and harmed enemies. For the sake of desire, the cutting off of heads, limbs, and minor limbs is countless. If the limbs of those born as tiny creatures were piled up, they would be higher than Mount Meru. Even the tears from crying alone, if accumulated, would surely be like an ocean. Even those who have long lives, beauty, and perfect wealth like Brahma and Indra, after death, experience the suffering of falling into the lower realms. If there is the experience of slight happiness such as power and health in this body, but we are deceived by a few years, months, or even days, leading to the exhaustion of heavenly blessings, becoming extremely poor and miserable, or having to unwillingly endure the unbearable suffering of the lower realms, then what is the point of the current happiness, which is like waking up from a fading dream? Therefore, we must definitely liberate ourselves from the ocean of suffering in this life, and we must practice with the complete method of preliminary, main, and concluding practices. Second, to contemplate the specific sufferings of each of the six realms, divided into six parts. First, the hells are divided into eighteen sections, of which the eight hot hells are: all the foundations and surroundings are like iron heated by a blacksmith, and even the appearance of comfort the size of a stone is still within the extremely hot flames, which is a common feature of the eight hells. Among them, the hell called " पुनरुज्जीवन (Tibetan: ཡང་སོས་,Devanagari: पुनरुज्जीवन,IAST: punarujjīvana,Literal meaning: Revival)" is: in the fire pit of hell, the hell beings gather together, viewing each other as enemies with hatred, and strike each other with weapons. As soon as they die, the sound of " पुनरुज्जीवन भव (Tibetan: ཡང་སོས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག,Devanagari: पुनरुज्जीवन भव,IAST: punarujjīvana bhava,Literal meaning: Be revived)" is heard from the sky, and they are immediately revived, experiencing suffering as before until their karma is exhausted. Therefore, the name " पुनरुज्जीवन (Tibetan: ཡང་སོས་,Devanagari: पुनरुज्जीवन,IAST: punarujjīvana,Literal meaning: Revival)" is named according to the karma experienced. Just as it appears in one's own continuum, experience it through practice. In the subsequent awareness after practice, even if we are only practicing through visualization now, we feel such suffering. How can we endure when actually creating negative karma? The main cause of falling into hell is hatred, and there have been many causes for creating this karma from the past to the present.

Due to actions, even though I am unwilling, I must undoubtedly bear the consequences of that karma. The fear arises from thinking about how to endure it. Generate strong regret for past actions, and engage in confession and restraint. Resolve never to do it again, restraining oneself with strong determination. Meditate on strong compassion for the hell beings who are currently experiencing the painful results, and for those who will experience the causes of actions in the future. This is the correct method for lightening the sins in one's own mind. Therefore, understand all the following situations in the same way. The Black Line Hell is: The terrifying messengers of Yama stretch the body straight like splitting firewood, drawing eight lines, sixteen lines, or even more from the crown of the head to the soles of the feet. Then, with a sharp saw, they saw from the crown of the head to the soles of the feet. As soon as they finish sawing, they saw again, the suffering is immeasurable. The Crushing Hell is: Having gone to the land of burning iron, the mountains appear to be the heads of animals such as horses, mules, and cows, fighting each other, squeezing like balloons. Sometimes on an iron anvil, they are hammered like sesame seeds with a burning iron hammer, but they quickly recover, suffering as before. The Howling Hell is: Boiling in molten iron, uttering loud cries. The Great Howling Hell is: Being locked in a two-layered burning iron chamber, suffering, and being struck by fire hammers. The Hot Hell is: Being boiled in a cauldron of burning iron water, the residue that comes out on top is struck on the head with a hammer, even forgetting, and thinking that it is happiness, therefore suffering. The Very Hot Hell is: In a burning iron chamber, piercing the two shoulders and the crown of the head with a three-pronged bright wooden stake, wrapping the body with burning iron cloth, it is extremely painful. The Uninterrupted Hell is: In a burning iron chamber, surrounded by sixteen surrounding hells, the body and flames burn as one, the feeling of suffering is very intense, only the sound of howling can be heard, and the substance of the body is not visible. Wanting to be liberated, but the shape of the door seen in the continuous stream of consciousness is also thrown away and cut off far away, feeling weary.
