Not adding splendor to the offerings of the faithful, but constructing supports for body, speech, and mind such as the Kangyur, performing thousand offerings and life ransomings at the places of ancestors and descendants, I pray that all connections may be meaningful. In all circumstances, whether favorable or unfavorable, your mind is not disturbed by attachment, aversion, hope, or doubt. As a witness to this, I pray for the blessings of the protector Chenrezig, to completely uproot samsara for the benefit of beings. Since the realms of sentient beings are not yet exhausted, and since the arising of bodhicitta for the sake of others is unfailing, even if there are no beings yet to be tamed, may those who become disciples, keep their vows pure, act according to the teachings, and whose minds and hearts are intertwined, have an inseparable connection in all lifetimes, establishing auspicious interdependence, and may they be inseparable from the Victorious One. This was composed from the side of virtue, in response to the earnest request of the fortunate disciple, Domépa Jikmé Trinlé Özer, which could not be refused. The Prayer of the Single Jewel Path The Prayer of the Single Jewel Path resides. The Lama who possesses all qualities, Is the glory of the assembled Buddhas of the three times. Introducing one's own mind as the Dharmakaya, To whom I pray from the depths of my heart. All the qualities of the grounds and paths, Come only from the blessings of the Lama. Without realizing the nature of their arising, In the quick path of generation and completion, The delusion of hope is a mistaken path. Being arrogant by seeing the Lama as an ordinary person, In this life, the next, and the bardo, The key to unfailing is devotion. Therefore, seeing the Lama as a Buddha, May blessings enter. Even if the time of death arrives, Even if one is reborn in existence, Even if conduct becomes lax, Seeing whatever is done as good, This single, pure devotion, Is the supreme method among methods. From the Lama who possesses supreme realization, And whose mind and heart are blended as one, Having perfected the qualities of the grounds and paths, May samsara be uprooted from its depths. This was composed by Rangjung Dorje, in the presence of Palding Jetsun, in accordance with the near path of secret mantra. If the light of realization of the mandala of teachings is the one that makes the day, the teachings of the Victorious Ones, may you, who lead all those wandering in the darkness of suffering, the origin of all, to the path of definitive meaning, live long. Having generated the mind of enlightenment in the presence of the Bhagavan Light-Protector, holding the Vinaya in the presence of Shakyamuni Buddha, in the midst of the snowy mountains, the path of the Vajra Vehicle, may you, who clarify it with various emanations, live long. At the head of the ten powers, at the summit of the five types of perfect marks, inspired by the one with the immaculate lotus, from the interdependent, unfailing sustenance, may you flourish as one who attains Buddhahood with the aspect of a Victorious One. May you receive the prophecy of the first assembly. This was composed at that very place when the Khen Rinpoche of Sangngak Tekchok Ling and the general assembly of the sangha prayed with great devotion.
