Enjoying the great taste of equality with the bonds and attachments of evil is a branch of enjoyment. For sentient beings who have not realized this, donning the armor of impartial benefit is a branch filled with compassion. Such continuous effort, without懈怠 in benefiting others by studying the wheels of the two stages, is a branch of uninterruptedness. Furthermore, liberating from the trap of contentment and self-grasping, unimpeded practice of the three wheels of liberation is a branch of unobstruction. Thus, the latter seven are the cause or seed for accomplishing realization, mentioned in passing. The emanation body's teacher Vajradhara and the six teachers. The Dharma includes both the Great and Small Vehicles. The retinue abides in places, including ordinary beings, dakinis, and vidyadharas, etc., which are uncertain. The time, Dharma, and those to be tamed are the same as now. The places include the Akanishta of the gods, and the great charnel grounds, such as the lotus palace of Vajrayogini, which are the great secret Akanishta, and the places of the six realms are different. Therefore, from beginningless time until now and the end of the future, in order to guide limitless sentient beings to liberation and the path of perfect enlightenment, countless Dharma teachings have been spoken through the inexhaustible dance of the wheel of adornment of body, speech, and mind. Secondly, there are two divisions: a general classification of the types of vehicles, and a specific explanation of the unsurpassed vehicle. Firstly: Thus, all the Dharma taught by the teachers of the three bodies is taught in conjunction with the sequence of faculties, and taught by summarizing the meaning of antidotes, and taught as antidotes to the three poisons, both general and specific, there are three certainties. As it is said in the Root Tantra of the Echoing Sound: The manner of speaking is complete with three intentions, summarizing the antidotes and the meaning of the faculties, summarizing the words and teaching. So it is. What is said for the sake of the meaning of antidotes is that what is to be abandoned is desire, hatred, and ignorance. These three equally divided afflictions are twenty-one thousand, and in general, to counteract the eighty-four thousand afflictions, there are the Vinaya, Sutra, and Abhidharma, the three baskets equally divided are also twenty-one thousand, and the doors of Dharma are also eighty-four thousand. What is said for the sake of summarizing the meaning is the two secret mantras, outer and inner. The outer secret mantras are Kriya, Upa, and Yoga, and the inner is Anu.

The three Atis, which are spoken of in the six tantras, are as follows, according to the Thalgyur: "In the past, from cause and effect, there are three in cause and two in effect. From these two, six arise." Thus it is. What is spoken of as the meaning of empowerment is the nine successive vehicles. According to the Great Adornment, the Wish-Fulfilling Supreme Tantra: "What is taught to the three small ones is that the one who grasps at characteristics is the Shravaka, the one who has consciousness is the Pratyekabuddha, and the one who has conceptual engagement is the Bodhisattva." Thus, the first teaching, the Four Noble Truths, is the Vinaya Pitaka, which mainly teaches the training of morality, and is the vehicle of the Shravakas. The intermediate teaching, the absence of characteristics, is the Sutra Pitaka, which mainly teaches the training of Samadhi, and is the vehicle of the Pratyekabuddhas. The final teaching, the definitive ascertainment of ultimate meaning, is the Abhidhamma Pitaka, which mainly teaches the training of wisdom, and is the vehicle of the Bodhisattvas. These three Pitakas are called the vehicle that leads to the arising of all things. Similarly, in the former: "What is taught to the three middle ones is that the extremely inferior one is the action, and the inferior ones are the practice. The one who has consciousness is the Yoga." Thus, the Mahayana Kriya is the Action Tantra. The lower practice is the Action Tantra, and the higher view is the vehicle of the hermaphrodite, which practices both in accordance with Yoga, or the Practice Tantra Upaya, and the Yoga Tantra, which is known as the vehicle of ascetic knowledge in these three outer Tantra sections. Similarly, in the Great Adornment: "What is taught to the three great ones is that the one with an elevated mind is the generation, the one with a mind of essence is the perfection, and the supreme secret is the great perfection." As such, from the Dharmadhatu of the ground of completion and immutability, the unspeakable intention of the self-arisen wisdom light appears as the magical display of awareness, like the basis of all dharmas, the Generation Stage Mahayoga. It appears as the playful expression of awareness, like the path of all dharmas, the Completion Stage Anuyoga. Awareness is self-appearing, like the fruit of all dharmas, the pith instruction Great Perfection Atiyoga, these three inner Tantra sections are known as the vehicle of empowerment methods. Thus, in the Explanatory Tantra, the Compendium of Intentions: "Leading to the arising of ascetic knowledge is the vehicle of empowerment methods." Thus it is. Among these, in both outer and inner secret mantras, there are countless categories of knowable Tantras. Among them, the early kings and ministers.
