It is. With heartfelt sincerity, practice giving and taking. If you do so, adversity will also become Dharma. Your actions will become meaningful. Always meditate on the Lama in your heart. Pray with devotion and fervent supplication. Because the nature of mind is emptiness, if it is not emptiness, it is not a real thing. The awareness that transcends emptiness and non-emptiness, remain in the unaltered natural state, stabilize mindfulness and maintain the continuity of mindfulness. Whatever you do, whether walking, sitting, or lying down, you do not need a practice more important than mindfulness. Sickness will also quickly be cured, pray for blessings, and keep it in your heart. This was said by Chadöwa Gyatso or Jikme Lingpa Rangjung Dorje. Chadöwa Gyatso, keep it in your heart. Always contemplate death and impermanence, trust the Lama and the Three Jewels, repent for the sins committed in the past, and always practice the two aspects of Bodhicitta, cultivate good thoughts and joy, and if bad thoughts arise, strive to repent. Even though your own mind is emptiness, if you cling to emptiness, you will go towards nihilism. It is not a real thing, but clear and empty, also abandon the thought of being clear and empty. In the state where mindfulness suddenly arises, without distraction, without practice, this is the supreme view. Whatever good or bad thoughts arise, do not chase after the arising thoughts, but look at the one who arises, and it will be naturally liberated. Beyond that, there is no need to say more. Samaya. Needless to say, practice with real things, it is also not practicing emptiness, but this unaltered awareness of the present, you must protect it with mindfulness, son of lineage. This is the teaching to Lho Ngön Möpa. Homage to the supreme Lama. From the moment you obtain leisure and opportunity, until you abide in emptiness, everything is oral instruction. However, to fulfill your expectations, I will explain a little and apply it to practice. Without being grasped by Bodhicitta, all virtuous actions are false. Rather than accumulating millions of stages of generation, it is better to generate compassion in your heart. It is not enough to just practice emptiness, you must be free from clinging to emptiness. Even if you realize the meaning of no practice, if you do not protect it, without distraction, then the unpredicted robber and the co-emergent ignorance, in the past also obscured the Tathagatagarbha, and now also cannot manifest because there is no accumulation of merit, always remain inseparable from the six dharmas of Samantabhadra. This is the teaching to Rigdzin Lhundrup. In this samsara, what is rare is leisure and opportunity.

It is my physical body. From the moment of birth, haven't you seen it fall into the mouth of the Lord of Death? (There is an error between 718 and 716) If you do not distinguish between what to accept and reject in terms of karmic results, haven't you seen the suffering of samsara? Happiness and suffering, high and low, all sorts of things, are done by oneself, not by chance. The root of Dharma is Bodhicitta. All virtuous deeds apart from it are great in distraction and small in harvest. Do you know sentient beings as your parents? Always look at your own mind. If you look but do not see, then there is no foundation. To look at emptiness by saying there is nothing, that is the great cliff of nihilistic views. Therefore, regarding existence and non-existence, meditation and non-meditation, the thoughts of the mind, do not adorn it like a louse, but recognize the natural state. Transcending the knower and the known, the true awareness, in the firm awareness and the unspeakable, grasp the essential point of the view. That is me, and if you realize that, there is no separation between me and you. This was written by Rangjung Dorje for Hor Drak Gowa Jikme Namdrol. Emaho! By relying on it, both temporary and ultimate goals are perfectly fulfilled, you are the supreme refuge for us. The lifeblood of the unbiased teachings, the kind lord, you will surely blossom into a perfect Buddha, I prostrate to you. Although I lack the ability to explain the difficult points of the scriptures, the small words of practice guided by the power of diligence, may the ocean of the two accumulations grow like a reservoir of water, filled with lotus garlands adorned with naturally arising words. Ema, the extremely rare leisure and opportunity, now arising with pure virtuous causes, if carried away by fleeting distractions, friend, will you feel that it has become a fruitless husk? This human body, easily frightened and deceived by emptiness, if wasted on meaningless worldly affairs, will become a meaningless fool, friend, that is deceiving oneself. The certain truth of impermanence and death, even visible to the eye, enemies, friends, intermediaries, old and young, without any certainty, friend, have you contemplated this way of passing away? If even the body of the Buddha, adorned with marks and signs, shows a fearful aspect, then our weak body, like a bubble, may suddenly disappear at any time, friend, do not cling to permanence. If the eye of wisdom has not said that there is anyone who has not died since birth, then although we are certain to die, friend, the time of death is not fixed.
