If one agrees with that, it is said that there would be no difference between ordinary people who do not turn towards meditation. The difference is very great, because those who rely on the three realms of existence to arise, and who recognize their own minds through the experience of unborn and unceasing prajna, are different from ordinary people who do not understand whether the mind is material or non-material, and who are not predicted. Because ordinary people are freed from the very act of evil, and are still indulging in the illusion of mistaking error for error, even if they verbally say that they are not distracted, they think that it is only the other-dependence of the eight consciousnesses, which contradicts the Dharma. Those who recognize the nature of mind, even if the clear awareness is temporarily distracted by the objects of the six senses, as soon as they remember, the mind abides in the clear emptiness; or they are very focused on the recollection of the object; or the appearance of the five senses does not cease, but the consciousness does not discriminate anything. If one relies on these three ways of remembering completely, then these three ways can also become the basis for generating the samadhi of childish play. Nowadays, all those who claim to have meditative experience, although they can recognize mindfulness as the nature of reality, due to the connection between the senses and consciousness, they only return to the clear and non-discriminating state of consciousness after enjoying the objects of the five senses. The chapter on Samadhi says: "Even if Samadhi is very stable, if one clings to it, it is called a child's play, and it will not change the nature of Nirvana." Therefore, this is only the cause of obtaining the samadhi of the highest heaven, and not the cause of generating the meditation of excellent benefit. If there is dullness or agitation, it will become the non-remembering state of the alaya consciousness. If the light of awareness or vipassana arises at that time, one can see the wisdom of self-awareness, that is, the non-discriminating nature of reality, so one must strive to accumulate merit, so the tantras of Dzogchen also emphasize the need to practice the preliminary practices diligently. The meaning of the third question: Occasionally noticing distraction, which happens naturally, indicates that the method of practice is not wrong, but if one observes the observer again, that is using the observation of conceptual thought to disturb the self-nature of mindfulness, which is not good. The minds of the holy ones

Do not artificially embellish, keep it as it is. If you embellish, it's like going from riding a horse to riding a donkey, and the views of great accomplished ones are in accordance with this. Some people think this is important, but it's just a forced reversal of approaching the first dhyana. The meaning of the fourth question is that if you develop certainty after going blank without any follow-up, thinking that this is the view of original purity (ཀ་དག་, kadag), then that is a great obstacle of hearing and thinking. If you think there is nothing, that is the grasping of emptiness; if you gain certainty, that is the difficult-to-abandon cognitive obscuration of grasping at permanence. It can also be seen from the Vinaya Pitaka of the Hearers that if someone thinks, "I am already an Arhat," then they have certainly not attained Arhatship. As an example, for spontaneous primordial meditation, do not embellish it with artificial meditation, do not be distracted in the continuous stream, and do not cling to the goal of "this is meditation." This is the mindfulness of dharmata, so protect that stream. Also, when not distracted, the stream of mindfulness does not lose its clear radiance; if distracted, from the feeling On the other hand, losing the distracted one is the beginning of the appearance of memory as wisdom, so in that stream, maintain the state of diligence with spontaneous perfection, so that the distracted realm becomes dharmata, and all samadhi and post-samadhi appear as meditation, and all doubts and bonds of right and wrong are naturally liberated in the moment, so that the different conducts of the Great Madhyamaka or the Great Seal or the Great Perfection merge into the yoga of space in the same taste of dharmata, just as it is said in the Prajnaparamita Sutra: "Subhuti, the Perfection of Wisdom is like space because it has no memory and no mental activity." The meaning of the fifth question is that the meaning of not placing mindfulness on top of samadhi is that many readers who have not experienced meditation and foolish practitioners think that neither existence nor non-existence is clung to, and use this to embellish samadhi, and use mindfulness to protect that stream, so that practice becomes two parts, like livestock and herders, or like Devadatta sitting on a reed, close to the meaning of explaining the view of the collection of destructibles. In short, there is a protector and a protector, there is a rememberer and a rememberer, There is a meditator and a meditator, which is a way of thinking that stays on the conceptual level and does not go beyond the view and meditation of discrimination.
