and other two dharmas, etc. The great expanse of clear light that transcends meditation, the awareness that abides as the ground, which has been abiding as the naked Buddha from the very beginning, this has been blessed in my lineage by the Ugyen (Padmasambhava) father and mother. Passed down through symbolic transmission from the great scholar Vimalamitra. Since Longchen Rabjam (Longchenpa) purified it, even when meeting the great accomplished Sara Hapa, I felt there was no need to ask, and thus it has been with my breath. Although I rejoice in the certainty that you have no doubt about death and no fear of not remaining, the fault of prematurely transferring the awareness that the lama appears at the head of the bed and the awareness is cast into the heart. And also the lifespan is slightly shortened, the lama appears in the heart itself. Mixing sleep with awareness that is free from fixation is the key instruction of clear light. It is the supreme method of purifying the field. Because the pure realm is also not separate from self-appearance, all the appearances of the three bodies are the appearance and collection of awareness alone, please understand. The reply of the accomplished master Dharma Kirti. Alas! Now is the evil degenerate age. Remembering the Dharma is as rare as a star in the daytime. Practitioners are also carried away by the wind. Those who show the path are also pursuing this life. Those with qualities are at odds with the Dharma. When such an evil age arises. You yourself have learning, knowledge, and qualities, and do not run like a dog for wealth. Restraining the mind is truly amazing. I think this is not just accidental good fortune. But rather a karmic connection with the Dharma. The yogi I am also very happy. Therefore, there are three pieces of advice. As for the essence of the question. Dzogchen is the view, therefore, from the very beginning, maintaining the continuity of placing awareness in the un fabricated natural state, this is the way to minimize mistakes and losses. If you do that, someone says that conceptual thoughts will be affected, this indicates that in the continuation of the natural state mentioned earlier, there is a slight fault of not having arisen the aspect of awareness that is free from dwelling. At that time, if you expose and maintain awareness nakedly without support, then conceptual thoughts will be liberated as they are recognized. In the practices of generation stage and mantra recitation, etc., feeling uncomfortable in meditation and being severely distracted indicates that now as a beginner, the mind is not yet able to be tamed, so you need to gradually get used to it. Some practitioners, because they have not generated the wisdom of insight, have fallen into mere quiescence, therefore the generation stage and completion stage do not

It seems like something went wrong, it's not like that for you. Generally, this meditation should not be too tight or too loose, for example, it arises from a balance of tightness and looseness. In the past, the venerable Kungawo (Ananda) taught meditation to Growozhingye (a farmer), but he was sometimes too tight and sometimes too loose, making it difficult. So he reported to the Buddha, who said: "O life-endowed one, when you were at home, did you know how to play the lute?" He replied, "I am very skilled at it." The Buddha asked, "Then, does a beautiful sound come from your lute string being too tight?" The Blessed One, it does not. "What about too loose?" Again, it does not. "Then, what about a balance of tightness and looseness?" The Blessed One, that is exactly right. The Buddha said, "O life-endowed one, your mind is also like that, neither too tight nor too loose." After saying this, he attained the state of an Arhat. In reality, the key lies in the boundary between tightness and looseness. If you are too tense for fear of distraction, then the one who is tensing will be obscured by the mind or the dharma nature itself. If you let it go as usual, doing whatever you like, then its nature will not go beyond conceptual thought and ignorance. Therefore, now let the awareness relax naturally and maintain it. After a while, it will unconsciously become dull and hazy. At that time, it is sinking, so bring up alertness and recite "ཕཊ་(Tibetan, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: pa)". This will eliminate obstacles. The key to "short periods, many times" lies in this. Otherwise, what is there to be happy about in having many times? It is also very important to shift the eyes from staring at external objects to relaxing and focusing on inner awareness. Being happy to generate devotion and compassion is the wealth of the noble ones, so it will come true. Renunciation and the determination to be free are the awareness that death is always possible. Taking and giving of pleasure and pain, and learning how to abandon unnecessary things, etc., can be learned by referring to Shantideva's "Bodhicharyavatara", gradually increasing merit. The dakini of the offering garland arises from oneself and dissolves back into oneself, which is the interdependent origination of practicing in illusory samadhi. Regarding how to ask questions: If you clearly visualize the deity, there is a danger of it becoming like a solid object in the mind. If you restrain it with the experience of emptiness, the deity's body, ornaments, and clothing will not be clear, making it difficult to combine appearance and emptiness. In general, to stabilize the path of union
