Although the definitive understanding of the ten signs, such as the bindus and subtle bindus, smoke, and rainbows, similar to the thögal of this body, is explained, there is a difference between exertion and non-exertion, and in particular, there is a very great distinction between the experience of knowledge and the experience of appearance. However, here, it is placed on the path of women. The place where meaning is established. The Dharma words that are inseparable from clarity, emptiness, and union are also understood on the level of awareness, and one should not only expect to discern whether it is or is not through speculation. It is necessary to encounter the intention of the three natures of the philosophical tenets, like stone and bone colliding, in the great state of spontaneous perfection, self-abiding, and stainless naked awareness. The Omniscient One said: "When awareness is not known to be exhausted and without support, the winds and mind dwell on experience and cling to reality. Attachment and desire increase afflictions outwardly. Entering a lower, mistaken path, this mind is saddened." Therefore, it is crucial to rely on the arising of interdependent origination, having received the transference of the lineage of the intention of a qualified lama, on the emptiness that cannot be conceived. Please focus your mind on someone who does not trust the Dharma words of union accomplished through conceptualization. This was said by a Sakya Geshe with pure vision, regarding whether the three unions and the essential point of Dzogchen are one. How is the abiding of the essence of the great bliss of freedom from elaboration and immutability? Because the connection of words and actions has not been accomplished, how many are the natures of the essence? This emptiness, which is known and analyzed, is the Buddha, the supreme teacher, who has perfected it. That which is the wheel of Dharma established at the end. Therefore, the definitive meaning of Madhyamaka is great. In the Great Perfection, when the Buddha teaches the tenets as they are, the view of ignorance is held as supreme. Supreme victor over the demon, supreme sovereign. May the feet of the all-knowing Lord of Speech become one taste in the bindu of the heart. Here, when someone is distracted, it is in ordinary conceptual thought. When one is not separated from the essence of mindfulness, in the realm of grasping emptiness in thought, the collection of thoughts is powerless and will surely vanish. Like the actions of spring, meditate in the state of mindfulness. Like the example of ice freezing at night and melting during the day, can it represent the path of mental discrimination? This is with intelligence. From the characteristics of the intention of prolonged meditation, there is no error in the path of one's own place. However, on whatever arises, do not meet it beforehand or cut it off afterward. The one who arises is self-liberated and naked.

Of the expanse, the key is for awareness to grasp its own ground. Occasionally, body posture and gaze, etc., with the mind following the eyes. In a state of prolonged duration, initially, the experience of the state becomes dim, and later, it becomes hazy and foggy. The clarity also becomes obscured, and sleep is invited as a guest. This is because awareness is constricted, clinging to the experience of the state as meditation. It is an experience of falling into mere calm abiding. In the Great Perfection, self-existing original liberation, ruin comes from meditating on re-liberation. However, to the self-existing awareness, adding effortful mindfulness, in this situation, there is a definite understanding of meditation. If it is corrected with an antidote, and expanded with the skill of reversal meditation, it will be lost to the side of the antidote. Therefore, this effortful mindfulness, if you want to know the characteristics of the nature of mind in detail, then look at my "Words on Mindfulness - Ocean of Qualities." The method of liberation, the generation stage and completion stage, and the special devotion and compassion, must arise genuinely in the continuum. Regarding this, the inconsistency of understanding and experience, the perfection of hearing, and being held by sacred instructions, and the three of not becoming certainty through habituation, are contradictory and complete. Yes. Furthermore, regarding the answer to the second question, the only flawless equipoise refers to the state of being free from the five aggregates, which is the intention of the perfect Buddha. The transformation of the five sense consciousnesses, which can be accordingly designated, refers to the wisdom of the noble ones. The equipoise of the form of great meditators is one who sees directions and has obscurations of their own ground. Afflictions are the mind that closely clings, although not manifest, when encountering external conditions, the latent disease arises. Therefore, until the many become one, until the one manifests as many, how can the gross appearances, pleasure, and pain all arise and dissolve simultaneously? Even though this framework of understanding is large, it is rare in the snowy mountains these days, and it is fortunate to have a discussion. Similarly, the way to take the path in the post-meditation state, the six consciousnesses and the afflicted mind, arising from the defilements of the eighth consciousness, is the wisdom of the noble ones in the post-meditation state. When the six aggregates manifest their own ground, the way to mix it with meditation, whatever is the object of action, when focusing on it, one is not bound by appearances, but bound by attachment. Cut off attachment, Naropa! Thus it is said.
