"Those who are diligent in cursing, the wise should strive to kill." And in the Six-Faced Tantra, it says, "The wise practitioner, with a mind to benefit sentient beings, cuts off their life." Therefore, if those who have entered into great evil actions are left unchecked, they will cause great harm to the teachings and sentient beings, and will also create karma that will keep them in the Avici hell for a long time. In order to prevent this, one must restrain them with a mind that truly cares. If one does not do so, but tolerates and endures, one will violate one's vows, as stated earlier: "One must avert those who are malicious, either by direct means, or by mantras and other methods, through mandalas, meditation, or even medicine. If one does not do so, that person will surely violate their vows." Therefore, the Vinaya Commentary says, "However, if these people cause harm to the Three Jewels, and cannot be stopped even when prevented, then one should pray to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, generate great compassion, and act as they have said." Furthermore, although the seven others and the three evil realms that experience the fruits of suffering are mentioned only as objects of general liberation, this refers to those who are able to transfer themselves and their consciousness to pure realms, and who possess the clear knowledge of knowing past and future lives, thereby preventing the causes of evil destinies and shortening their duration, and those who are able to liberate themselves from evil states. As stated earlier: "Is the yogi able to transfer from the body and be born in a heaven or a pure Buddha-field? Only those who are fully endowed with consciousness can do so." Therefore, for those who are not able to do so, it is not explicitly stated that not engaging in direct action is a root downfall. As the Manjushri Root Tantra says: "Therefore, practicing with mantras, one should not engage in direct action at all. The Buddhas and Bodhisattvas have completely forbidden direct action. The Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, who possess supreme compassion and great miraculous powers, have shown all actions in order to demonstrate the power of mantras." Therefore, for those who are not constantly in accordance with the mind of enlightenment, anger will overwhelm them.

Since trampling is the nature of reality, the way in which one is thrown into hell by the karma of manifest conduct is just like the Brahmin boy who accomplished the Wrathful One. The one called the Slayer of Yama, he also accomplished that through evil intelligence. He was suppressed by wrath, he cut off the lives of beings. And, by the power of his mantra, that body served the Asura. After the Asura entered the body, he lived for a long time. Then after that body decayed, he also completely went to the Avici Hell. Just as it is said that Tsanakya accomplished the Slayer of Yama, and because he made the Asura enter, he made manifest conduct on the continuation of long life, therefore he proclaimed the way of being born in hell. Eleven, measuring the dharma devoid of names with valid cognition, like the selflessness of dharma contradicting mind and matter. With a mind of clinging, viewing the aggregates etc. as empty, measuring the doctrine of the unborn with conceptual thought. Regarding that, if one must accomplish the nature of the Victorious One's mind, which is inseparable from the suchness of realizing the selflessness of phenomena, the nature of emptiness, then for whatever does not abide on the path of name, word, and letter, holding as supreme the viewing of emptiness that arises incidentally by measuring the characteristics of the five aggregates with the discriminating mind and thought, this is turning away from the intention of the five aggregates being empty by nature, as asked in "The Holder of the World": He does not know the nature of the five aggregates. He does not know that the characteristics of the five aggregates are emptiness, and he argues with me. In short, the doctrine of the unborn is the way of not abiding even in the realm measured by conceptual thought, such as taking emptiness as an example, as it says in the general sutra: The lord of Lanka, that secret realm, there is nothing in the world to be compared to it. For the time being, in order to make it close and manifest, one should take the sky, but even the sky cannot be compared to it. Because there is no more manifest example in the world than that, therefore, for example, one should rely on the sky and know from there. Therefore, even if one only views it as illusion, it is only conceptual thought clinging to the name, example, and characteristics of illusion, therefore, for those who are not separated from the clinging to reality of the three spheres, even if they profess a doctrine that considers the view to be pure, if one thinks that way in one's mind, this is a root downfall, as the "Gur" says: The nature of reality.
