Pages 501 to 600. Pages 501 to 600. Assume the vajra posture. The two hands are crossed in equipoise. The body is straightened like an arrow shaft. The arms are extended like the wings of a vulture. The neck is slightly bent like a bow. The posture should be as stable as a pig rooting in the ground. Align the eyes, the tip of the nose, and the mind. Or, in a relaxed meditative posture, visualize the deity of the completion stage as clear, empty, and illusory. Meditate on emptiness. Visualize the three channels and chakras. Place the sequence of letters such as A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿), KA (藏文:ཀ,梵文天城体:क,梵文罗马拟音:ka,汉语字面意思:嘎), TSA (藏文:ཙ,梵文天城体:च,梵文罗马拟音:ca,汉语字面意思:擦), TA (藏文:ཊ,梵文天城体:ट,梵文罗马拟音:ṭa,汉语字面意思:扎), TA (藏文:ཏ,梵文天城体:त,梵文罗马拟音:ta,汉语字面意思:达), PA (藏文:པ,梵文天城体:प,梵文罗马拟音:pa,汉语字面意思:巴), YA (藏文:ཡ,梵文天城体:य,梵文罗马拟音:ya,汉语字面意思:亚), SHA (藏文:ཤ,梵文天城体:श,梵文罗马拟音:śa,汉语字面意思:夏), LA (藏文:ལ,梵文天城体:ल,梵文罗马拟音:la,汉语字面意思:拉) and so on upon them. One should be skilled in the timing of the movement of the winds, such as eliminating wind disorders and the wind of equalizing wisdom. One should be skilled in the four key points of inhaling, filling, retaining, and exhaling. Focus on the four elemental winds as if they were rainbows. Prevent the faults of wandering winds. Prolong the time spent dwelling within the duration of retention. Know the battle of blazing and dripping and bindus. Know the three vajra recitations of arising, dissolving, and abiding. By familiarizing oneself with these pith instructions and practicing them, as a sign of the wind entering the central channel, equalizing will naturally occur during meditation. Virtues will arise from abiding, and the coarse breathing of the nostrils will cease. From dissolving, the breathing of the nostrils will shift elsewhere, and even the hairs in the nostrils will not move. If the wind sinks or wanders, similar things may occur, but as signs, if it sinks, the focus will not be clear, and if it wanders, virtues will not arise. Knowing these differences, single-pointed focus, like threading a needle, is crucial for everything. Therefore, one should understand the methods for accomplishing single-pointed samadhi, such as the subtle bindu yoga, from the key points of wind union, according to the specific determinations of the tantras and pith instructions. The signs that appear from meditating in this way are: when earth dissolves into water, mirages appear; when water dissolves into fire, smoke appears; when fire dissolves into wind, aerial visions appear; when wind dissolves into appearance, it is like a lamp; the actual moment of dissolution is emptiness; when appearance dissolves into increase, it is extreme emptiness; when increase dissolves into near attainment, it is great emptiness; when near attainment dissolves into clear light, it is all emptiness or the arising of clear light. Similarly, blazing and dripping arise.

It is important to cherish the recognition of co-emergent wisdom with the characteristics of the four joys of bliss. Afterwards, the wheel of searching for the knots of the body, and the stages of pounding, destroying, and subduing the body, are crucial in relation to the timing. Moreover, rather than forcibly suppressing with a violent wheel, the arising of merely apparent temporary qualities is of little use, because its nature is full of obstacles and unstable. Whichever path of channels, winds, and drops is practiced, at the end of each session, it is extremely important to combine the gentle wind with the non-conceptual Tummo, placing it in equanimity with the nature of clear light. For when guiding the mind to the reality of things, which is free from the three states of arising, ceasing, and abiding, the general understanding established through hearing and thinking, in this Tummo practice sequence, is established in experience through the power of stopping conceptualization and the experience of bliss and emptiness. Therefore, those who are beginners should focus on external objects such as the body of the Tathagata, or pebbles, pieces of wood, or objects with the support of counting breaths, or place their attention directly eight or sixteen fingers in front of the eyebrows, etc., and seek a stable experience of calm abiding according to what is most beneficial to their own experience. And in its nature, in the wisdom of individually discriminating, cultivate the wisdom of self-awareness of insight, etc., which should be learned from the instructions of the Lama. As it says in the Doha Treasury: "If you strive diligently according to the Lama's words, there is no doubt that the co-emergent will arise. Color, qualities, letters, devoid of examples, impossible to speak of, that is the symbol of Gina. Like the bliss of a young woman, clinging to the heart, who can show that supreme power? When existence and non-existence are completely cut off, then all beings will dissolve into it. When the mind is unmoving and stable in its own place, then it will be freed from the objects of samsara." So it is said. Second, the illusory body: For the benefit of all sentient beings, based on the illusory-like Samadhi, generate the deity body in the mind, visualizing it as the co-emergent father and mother. Then, in the channel wheel of the throat, visualize the nature of the speech Vajra, the Lama in the complete enjoyment body, red and clear, in union with the consort.
